Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係為一種照明用發光二極體模組。此照明用發光二極體模組乃是將樹脂成型品之LED基板、導電膜、絕緣板以及散熱金屬板壓著而成，其中導電膜、絕緣板配置於LED基板與散熱金屬板之間。透鏡部與頂蓋乃是一體成型。LED基板之中央的類似小圓形區域乃是發光部，此發光部例如為將含有螢光體之樹脂覆蓋住LED單元所形成的。【創作特點】;本創作之外觀特點在於此照明用發光二極體模組，其頂部外圍為類似矩形的透鏡部乃是突出於頂蓋。由於透鏡部與頂蓋皆為透明，故可看到透鏡部之往下延伸的類似弧形錐狀之部分。基於上述，本創作之照明用發光二極體模組乃充分展現出造型新穎，並深具創作性，為照明用發光二極體模組樹立一新式典範，爰依法提請專利，請鈞局鑒核。
