A system of storing and/or reproducing information comprises: A cassette(10) and an apparatus(20), in which the cassette has a case(11) containing a tape(13) and a tape guide(30), and the apparatus accommodates an optical head cooperating with the tape in order to store and/or reproduce information, and the tape guide is positioned near at the location of cooperation of the tape and the magnetic head and contacts with the tape to position the tape accurately when the tape is tightened, comprise the features: (1) The tape guide(30) having one first stop(33) which can be accessed outside the case(11); (2) The tape having one second stop(23) contacting first stop to position tape guide by relating optical head when the cassette is positioned on apparatus(30) to store and/or reproduce information.
