Abstract
本申請提供了一種顯示面板和終端,顯示面板包括:多個發光模組並排布成多行,向多個發光模組供電的陰極模組和陽極模組,陰極模組包括多個間隔排布的陰極條,每個陰極條覆蓋並電連接位於同行的發光模組,陽極模組包括多條陽極供電線,每條陽極供電線電連接位於同行的發光模組。本申請的顯示面板內的陰極模組設置為多個間隔排布的陰極條,每個陰極條和每條陽極供電線分別電連接同行的一組發光模組,使得發光模組在陽極供電線的延伸方向上具有相同的壓差,從而使得顯示面板具有均勻的亮度,解決由陽極供電線的電阻壓降產生的顯示不均的問題。
Description
本申請涉及顯示技術領域,尤其涉及一種顯示面板和終端。
有機發光二極體顯示面板包括由若干掃描線SSL、若干資料線DataL、若干陽極供電線DDL限定出的多個子畫素區域,並且,顯示面板內設置有一整塊陰極覆蓋所有的子畫素區,在陰極的周圍設有陰極供電線,陰極的縱向頂側與橫向兩側均與陰極供電線連接。
由於陽極供電線DDL自身的電阻分壓,陽極供電線DDL上會存在電阻壓降現象,即電流經過陽極供電線DDL時,會產生一定的電壓降。因此,位於不同位置的子畫素區域受到電阻壓降影響的程度也不相同,例如,顯示面板近端(距離供電電路或供電電源引線較近)的子畫素區域接收到的電源電壓會大於顯示面板遠端(距離供電電路較遠)的子畫素區域接收到的電源電壓,從而導致顯示面板亮度不均勻。
本申請所解決的技術問題在於提供一種顯示面板,解決了亮度不均的問題。
為解決上述技術問題,本申請提供了一種顯示面板,包括:
多個發光模組並排布成多行,向多個該發光模組供電的陰極模組和陽極模組,該陰極模組包括多個間隔排布的陰極條,每一個該陰極條覆蓋並電連接位於同一行的該發光模組,該陽極模組包括多條陽極供電線,每一條該陽極供電線電連接位於同一行的該發光模組,該陰極條的對應於發光模組的部分形成陰極單元,該陰極單元產生的電阻與位於該發光模組內的該陽極供電線產生的電阻相等。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述顯示面板還包括設置在該陰極模組週邊的陰極供電線,定義該陽極供電線的延伸方向為縱向,與該縱向垂直的方向為橫向,該陰極模組沿縱向延伸且其一端與該陰極供電線連接,該陰極模組的橫向兩側與該陰極供電線絕緣陰極模組。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述多個該陰極條之間的間隔距離相等。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述顯示面板包括多個子畫素區域,該陰極條包括多個連續的陰極單元,每一個該子畫素區域內均具有一個該發光模組及陰極單元。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述陰極單元為規則條形。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述陰極單元在縱向延伸方向上的寬度為變化的。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述陰極單元在縱向延伸方向上具有兩種不同的寬度。
根據本發明的一實施方式,上述陰極單元包括第一陰極塊及與該第一陰極塊連接的第二陰極塊,該第一陰極塊的寬度大於該第二陰極塊的寬度。

為解決上述技術問題,本申請提供了一種終端,其中,該終端包括上述顯示面板。
與現有技術相比,本申請的顯示面板,其內的陰極模組設置為多個間隔排布的陰極條,每個陰極條和每條陽極供電線分別電連接同行的一組發光模組,使得每個發光模組在陽極供電線的延伸方向上具有相同的壓差,從而使得該顯示面板具有均勻的亮度,解決了由陽極供電線的電阻壓降產生的顯示不均的問題。
為使本申請的目的、技術方案和優點更加清楚,下面將結合本申請具體實施例及相應的附圖對本申請技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述。顯然,所描述的實施例僅是本申請一部分實施例,而不是全部的實施例。基於本申請中的實施例,本領域普通技術人員在沒有做出創造性勞動前提下所獲得的所有其他實施例,都屬於本申請保護的範圍。
本申請所提到的方向用語,例如“橫”、“縱”等,僅是參考附加圖式的方向。因此,使用的方向用語是用以說明及理解本申請,而非用以限制本申請。為了理解和便於描述,附圖中示出的每個組成部分的尺寸是任意示出的,但是本申請不限於此。
另外,在說明書中,除非明確地描述為相反的,否則詞語“包括”將被理解為意指包括組成部分,但是不排除任何其它組成部分。
結合圖1所示,本申請提供了一種顯示面板100,包括基板(未圖示),基板的材質可為玻璃、石英、有機聚合物、或是不透光/反射材料(例如:導電材料、晶圓、陶瓷、或其它可適用的材料)、或是其它可適用的材料。
顯示面板100還包括位於基板上方的若干掃描線SSL、若干資料線DataL、若干陽極供電線DDL以及若干單元電路結構。若干掃描線SSL與若干資料線DataL以及若干陽極供電線DDL交叉,定義出各種顏色的子畫素區域,每個子畫素區域內設置有一個單元電路結構。本實施例中,若干掃描線SSL與若干資料線DataL以及若干陽極供電線DDL交叉,定義出三種顏色的子畫素區域,分別為紅色子畫素區域R,綠色子畫素區域G、藍色子畫素區域B。當然其他實施例中,子畫素區域的顏色種類與數量以及排布方式也可於本實施例不同,本申請不以此為限制。單元電路結構包括開關電晶體、驅動電晶體、存儲電容器以及單元發光器件。
結合圖2所示,以下單元電路結構以2T1C結構為例,對掃描線SSL、資料線DataL、陽極供電線DDL與單元電路結構之間的電性關係作具體說明,但本申請的顯示面板100內的單元電路結構不限於此,還可以為8T1C、9T1C等其它結構。
每條掃描線SSL沿橫向延伸,若干掃描線SSL沿縱向間隔排行。本實施例掃描線SSL選擇金屬材料,但本申請不以此為限制,掃描線SSL的材料還可以選擇合金、金屬材料的氮化物、金屬材料的氧化物、金屬材料的氮氧化物等導電材料。各子畫素區域一側的掃描線電性連接該子畫素區域內的開關電晶體的柵極,為開關電晶體提供柵壓Vselection。
每條資料線DataL沿縱向延伸,若干數據線DataL沿橫向間隔排列。本實施例資料線DataL選擇金屬材料,但本申請不以此為限制,資料線DataL的材料還可以選擇合金、金屬材料的氮化物、金屬材料的氧化物、金屬材料的氮氧化物等導電材料。各子畫素區域一側的資料線DataL電性連接該子畫素區域內的開關電晶體的源極,為開關電晶體提供資料訊號Vdata。
每條陽極供電線DDL沿縱向延伸,若干陽極供電線DDL沿橫向間隔排列。本實施例陽極供電線DDL選擇金屬材料,但本申請不以此為限制,陽極供電線DDL的材料還可以選擇合金、金屬材料的氮化物、金屬材料的氧化物、金屬材料的氮氧化物等導電材料。在一實施例中,若干陽極供電線DDL與若干資料線DataL同層形成,且與若干掃描線SSL之間具有一層絕緣層(未圖示)。各子畫素區域一側的陽極供電線DDL電性連接該子畫素區域內的驅動電晶體的源極,為驅動電晶體提供驅動電源電壓Vdd。
單元電路結構包括開關電晶體TFT1、驅動電晶體TFT2、存儲電容器Cs以及單元發光器件。開關電晶體TFT1的柵極、源極及漏極分別電性連接掃描線SSL、資料線DataL及驅動電晶體TFT2的柵極。驅動電晶體TFT2的源極及漏極分別電性連接陽極供電線DDL、單元發光器件。存儲電容器CS
一端電性連接至驅動電晶體TFT2的柵極,其另一端電性連接至驅動電晶體TFT2的源極,當然本申請也不以此為限制,其他實施例中存儲電容器Cs的另一端還可以電性連接至驅動電晶體TFT2的漏極。
單元電路結構工作時,開關電晶體TFT1的柵極被掃描訊號選通時打開,其源極引入資料訊號Vdata,進而通過漏極對存儲電容進行充電。而存儲電容器Cs在一幀的時間內維持驅動電晶體TFT2柵極電壓的穩定。驅動電晶體TFT2一般工作在飽和區,通過漏極為單元發光器件提供的驅動電流。
結合圖3所示,顯示面板100包括陰極模組2,陰極模組2由陰極供電線21提供電壓,陰極供電線21設置在陰極模組2的外圍且環繞陰極模組2設置。陰極模組2被圖案化。具體來說,陰極模組2包括多個間隔排布的陰極條22,陰極條22的延伸方向與陽極供電線DDL的延伸方向相同,即在本實施例中,陰極條22沿縱向延伸,陰極模組2的上端與陰極供電線21連接,陰極模組2的橫向兩側與陰極供電線21絕緣。
在本實施例中,陰極條22呈條狀,且若干個條狀的陰極條22的間隔距離相等。陰極條22包括多個連續的陰極單元221,每個陰極單元221對應著一個子畫素區域4。
結合圖4所示,發光器件10包括層疊設置的陽極模組1、陰極模組2、形成在陽極模組1與陰極模組2之間的多個發光模組3。陽極模組1包括多條陽極供電線DDL及多個陣行排布的陽極板。陰極模組2和陽極模組1均向發光模組3供電,每一個陰極條22覆蓋並電連接多個發光模組3中同行的一組發光模組3,每一條陽極供電線DDL電連接多個發光模組3中同行的一組發光模組3。在每個子畫素區域4內均具有由一個陽極板、一個陰極模組2和一個發光模組3組成的單元發光器件。陽極模組1電性連接驅動電晶體TFT2的漏極。
結合圖5所示,陰極條22和陽極供電線DDL都是沿縱向延伸,由此電流的方向是沿縱向由下至上的,則陽極供電線DDL的壓降方向也是沿縱向由下至上的。當陰極模組2被圖案化後,每一條陰極條22的電壓沿縱向延伸方向由下至上逐漸降低,陰極條22電壓降低的方向與陽極供電線DDL的壓降方向相同,則在某個子畫素區域內所對應的:
陰極單元221的電壓為:V1=Vss+mIR1,
該段陽極供電線DDL的電壓為:V2=Vdd-nIR,
其中,Vss為陰極供電線21的供電電壓,Vdd為陽極供電線DDL輸入端的電壓,m為沿子畫素結構的縱向由上往下子畫素區域所經過的畫素區域的個數,n為某個沿子畫素結構的縱向由下往上數子畫素區域所經過的畫素區域的個數,R1為陰極單元221產生的電阻,R為在單個子畫素區域內的該段供電線產生的電阻,I為驅動電流,n+m為定值。
在該某個子畫素區域內,陰極單元221的電壓與該段陽極供電線DDL的電壓之間的壓差為:
ΔV=V2-V1=Vdd-Vss-nIR-mIR1,
在本實施例中,畫素尺寸為100μm×100μm,紅色子畫素區域R、綠色子畫素區域G、藍色子畫素區域B的大小均為33μm×100μm。陽極供電線DDL的方阻為0.2Ω/方,其寬度為2μm。陰極模組2的方阻為3Ω/方,若干個陰極條22沿橫向分佈均勻分佈,陰極條22為規則條狀且寬度為30μm,陰極條22覆蓋子畫素區域4的全部發光區。在每個子畫素區域4中,由該段陽極供電線DDL產生的電阻R=0.2×100/2=10Ω,由陰極單元221產生的電阻R1=3×100/30=10Ω,即R1=R。即陰極單元221產生的電阻R1與單個子畫素區域內的陽極供電線DDL產生的電阻R相等,使得在任意一個子畫素區域內,陰極單元221的電壓與陽極供電線DDL的電壓之間的壓差ΔV= Vdd-Vss-(n+m)IR,由於n+m為一定值,所以在任意一個子畫素區域內,陰極單元221的電壓和陽極供電線DDL的電壓之間的壓差相同。由於相鄰的子畫素區域之間發光模組3上下兩側的電壓差相等,使得每個子畫素區域的發光亮度可以相等,從而使得顯示面板具有均勻的亮度,實現了顯示均一化。
在其它可替換的實施例中,在滿足單個子畫素區域4內,陰極單元221的形狀可以變換,這樣可方便地使陰極單元221的電阻R1與陽極供電線DDL的電阻R相等。例如,陰極條22在縱向延伸方向上的寬度是變化的,但是在每個子畫素區域4內的陰極單元22的結構是一樣的。在一實施例中,如圖6所示,陰極單元221為條形,且其在縱向上具有兩種不同的寬度,具體的,包括第一陰極塊2211及與第一陰極塊2211連接的第二陰極塊2212,第一陰極塊2211具有第一寬度,第二陰極塊2212具有第二寬度,第二寬度大於第一寬度。這樣,可方便地使陰極塊2211覆蓋發光模組3,降低了製程難度。
在一個實施例中,陰極條22為MgAg合金電極且被圖案化陰極條22和形成在電極上的一層氧化銦錫(Indium Tin Oxides,ITO),ITO與MgAg合金電極並聯陰極條22。由此,通過調整在子畫素區域4內的陰極單元221的形狀及ITO的厚度來使得陰極單元221產生的電阻R1與單個子畫素區域4內的供電線產生的電阻R相等,同樣能夠使得相鄰的子畫素區域4內的發光模組3上下兩側具有相同的壓差,從而使得顯示面板具有均勻的亮度,解決了由陽極供電線DDL的電阻壓降產生的顯示不均的問題,這使得能夠有更多的方法來改變陰極條22的電阻,以更容易地將電阻R1與電阻R相等。在其它可替換的實施例中,陰極條22的材料也不局限於MgAg電極,在陰極條22外的鍍層也不局限於ITO,只要鍍層的材料為透明的導電材料就行了。
本申請實施例還提供了一種終端,終端包括外殼及收容在外殼內的主機板及上述顯示面板。在一實施例中,終端可應用為手機。

Claims (10)
- 一種顯示面板,包括: 多個發光模組並排布成多行,向多個該發光模組供電的陰極模組和陽極模組,該陰極模組包括多個間隔排布的陰極條,每一個該陰極條覆蓋並電連接位於同一行的該發光模組,該陽極模組包括多條陽極供電線,每一條該陽極供電線電連接位於同一行的該發光模組,該陰極條的對應於發光模組的部分形成陰極單元,該陰極單元產生的電阻與位於該發光模組內的該陽極供電線產生的電阻相等。
- 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,其中該顯示面板還包括設置在該陰極模組週邊的陰極供電線,定義該陽極供電線的延伸方向為縱向,與該縱向垂直的方向為橫向,該陰極模組沿縱向延伸且其一端與該陰極供電線連接,該陰極模組的橫向兩側與該陰極供電線絕緣。
- 如請求項1所述的顯示面板,其中多個該陰極條之間的間隔距離相等。
- 如請求項2所述的顯示面板,其中該顯示面板包括多個子畫素區域,該陰極條包括多個連續的陰極單元,每一個該子畫素區域內均具有一個該發光模組及該陰極單元。
- 如請求項4所述的顯示面板,其中該陰極單元在縱向延伸方向上的寬度為變化的。
- 如請求項5所述的顯示面板,其中該陰極單元在縱向延伸方向上具有兩種不同的寬度。
- 如請求項6所述的顯示面板,其中該陰極單元包括第一陰極塊及與該第一陰極塊連接的第二陰極塊,該第一陰極塊的寬度大於該第二陰極塊的寬度。
- 如請求項1到7中任一項所述的顯示面板,其中在該陰極條上鍍有氧化銦錫。
- 如請求項8所述的顯示面板,其中該陰極條的材料為MgAg合金。
- 一種終端,其中該終端包括上述請求項1-9中任一項所述的顯示面板。
