Abstract
一種插座排,包含一主模組及一擴充模組。主模組上設有一擴充插座,擴充插座形成有一通孔、環繞通孔的一內環槽以及環繞內環槽的一外環槽,擴充插座上設有三電極,各電極分別延伸至通孔內、內環槽內以及外環槽內且各電極分別並聯電性連接交流輸出插座。擴充模組上設有一擴充插頭,擴充插頭包含一導電柱、環繞導電柱的一導電內環以及環繞導電內環的一導電外環。擴充插頭插接擴充插座,導電柱插接通孔,導電內環插接內環槽,而且導電外環插接外環槽。藉由擴充插座供擴充插頭插接而擴充擴充模組,且擴充模組能夠藉此與相連接的主模組或是另一擴充模組相對旋轉。
Description
本發明係有關於插座排,尤指一種能夠依使用者需求進行擴充且可依使用空間旋轉的插座排。
插排是一種多個插座並排的組合結構,其常應用於延長線。現有的插排在同時使用多個插座時,各插座上所插接的插頭之間容易相互干涉不便於使用。再者,當插座數不敷使用時必需要購買另一插排,不符合經濟效益。
有鑑於此,本發明人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本發明人改良之目標。
本發明提供一種能夠依使用者需求進行擴充且可依使用空間旋轉的插座排。
本發明提供一種插座排,包含一主模組及一擴充模組。主模組上設有一擴充插座,擴充插座形成有一通孔、環繞通孔的一內環槽以及環繞內環槽的一外環槽,擴充插座上設有三電極,各電極分別延伸至通孔內、內環槽內以及外環槽內。擴充模組上設有一擴充插頭,擴充插頭包含一導電柱、環繞導電柱的一導電內環以及環繞導電內環的一導電外環。擴充插頭插接擴充插座,導電柱插接通孔,導電內環插接內環槽,而且導電外環插接外環槽。
較佳地,主模組包含電性連接該擴充插頭的一交流輸出插座且各該電極分別並聯電性連接該交流輸出插座。主模組也可以包含電性連接該擴充插頭的一直流輸出插座。
較佳地,擴充模組包含電性連接擴充插頭的一交流輸出插座。擴充模組包含電性連接擴充插頭的一直流輸出插座,直流輸出插座為USB母端規格。擴充模組設有另一擴充插座。擴充模組上可移動地設有一卡榫,卡榫開設有一扣孔,導電柱開設有一卡固槽,導電柱穿入扣孔且扣孔之內緣卡入卡固槽。卡榫與擴充插座之間設有用以復位卡榫的一彈性元件。
較佳地,主模組上可移動地設有一卡榫,卡榫開設有一扣孔,導電柱開設有一卡固槽,導電柱穿入扣孔且扣孔之內緣卡入卡固槽。卡榫與擴充插座之間設有用以復位卡榫的一彈性元件。主模組包含一開關,開關電性連接交流輸出插座以及擴充插座。
較佳地,前述的插座排,更包含設有用於插接擴充模組上擴充插座的另一擴充插頭的另一擴充模組。
本發明的插座排其主模組能夠藉由擴充插座供擴充模組上的擴充插頭插接擴充。再者擴充模組也能夠同樣地連接一擴充模組而進一步擴充。同時,擴充模組能夠藉此與相連接的主模組或是另一擴充模組相對旋轉調整角度。

參閱圖1及圖2,本發明之第一實施例提供一種插座排,其包含有一主模組100以及能夠組裝連接主模組100的一擴充模組200。
於本實施例中,主模組100較佳地呈柱狀,主模組100內設有一主電路板101,主電路板101連接至市電電源用以控提供至輸入主模組100的市電供電。主模組100設置有外露在主模組100側面上的交流輸出插座110(但本發明不以此為限,其也可以是直流輸出插座),交流輸出插座110電性連接主電路板101,主模組100的一端設有電性連接主電路板101的一擴充插座300。主模組100設有一開關102,開關102連接至主電路板101而電性連接交流輸出插座110以及擴充插座300,藉此切換市電電源對交流輸出插座110以及擴充插座300供電或是斷電。
參閱圖3,於本實施例中,各擴充插座300較佳地為塑膠製的絕緣座體,擴充插座300形成有一通孔310、環繞通孔310的一內環槽320以及環繞內環槽320的一外環槽330,外環槽330的壁形成至少一定位槽332。擴充插座300上設有三電極311/321/331,各電極311/321/331的一端分別延伸至通孔310內、內環槽320內以及外環槽330內。主模組100上的擴充插座300,其各電極311/321/331的另一端則分別連接至主電路板101而與主模組100上的交流輸出插座110並聯電性連接。擴充模組200上的擴充插座300,其各電極311/321/331的另一端則分別連接至擴充電路板201而與擴充模組200上的交流輸出插座210及擴充插頭400並聯電性連接。
參閱圖4至圖7,於本實施例中,擴充模組200較佳地呈柱狀,擴充模組200內設有一擴充電路板201。擴充模組200上設有外露在擴充模組200側面上的另一交流輸出插座210,擴充模組200的二端分別設有一擴充插頭400以及一擴充插座300,且交流輸出插座110/210、擴充插頭400以及擴充插座300分別電性連接擴充電路板201而相互並聯電性連接。
於本實施例中,擴充插頭400較佳地為塑膠製的絕緣座體擴充插頭400,其上設置有一導電柱410、環繞導電柱410的一導電內環420以及環繞導電內環420的一導電外環430,且導電柱410導電內環420以及導電外環430分別電性連接擴充電路板201。擴充插頭400形成環繞導電外環430的一外環壁401,且外環壁401向外凸設有複數定位肋402。
參閱圖8及圖9,擴充插頭400能夠插接任一擴充插座300而相互電性連接。當擴充插頭400插接擴充插座300時,導電柱410插接通孔310而與延伸至通孔310內的電極311導接,導電內環420插接內環槽320而與延伸至內環槽320內的電極321導接,而且導電外環430插接外環槽330而與延伸至外環槽330內的電極331導接。
主模組100上可移動地設有一卡榫340,卡榫340開設有一扣孔341,扣孔341之位置與主模組100上擴充插座300的通孔310相對應,卡榫340與擴充插座300之間設有用以復位卡榫340的一彈性元件350。彈性元件350推抵卡榫340而使扣孔341之內緣遮蓋通孔310的一部分。導電柱410的側面上開設有環狀的卡固槽411,當導電柱410插入通孔310時,導電柱410穿入扣孔341且扣孔341之內緣卡入卡固槽411而將導電柱410固定,藉此使得擴充插座300及擴充插頭400相互固定。欲將擴充插頭400退出擴充插座300時,推動卡榫340使扣孔341之內緣退出導電柱410,則導電柱410即能夠退出扣孔341。
擴充模組200上可移動地設有一卡榫340,卡榫340之構造如同前段所述,且其配置亦如同前段所述與此擴充模組200上的擴充插座300相對應。
參閱圖10至圖12,藉由擴充插頭400插接擴充插座300而能夠將擴充模組200組裝連接主模組100,並且藉由擴充插座300導接擴充插頭400將主模組100上的交流輸出插座110與擴充模組200上的交流輸出插座210並聯電性連接。再者,導電柱410能夠在通孔310內軸向旋轉,導電內環420能夠在內環槽320內軸向旋轉,導電外環430能夠在外環槽330內軸向旋轉,因此擴充插頭400與擴充插座300能夠相對旋轉,藉此使得主模組100與擴充模組200能夠相對旋轉。當擴充插頭400與擴充插座300相對旋轉時,擴充插頭400上的任一定位肋402能夠選擇性地卡接外環槽330內的任一定位槽332而固定,主模組100與擴充模組200的相對角度。
參閱圖3及圖13,當擴充插座300未使用時,其上可以一防塵蓋500罩蓋保護,防塵蓋500包含一蓋板510,蓋板510用以罩蓋擴充插座300的通孔310、內環槽320以及外環槽320。蓋板510的一側面上凸伸出一連接柱520以及至少一弧片530,連接柱520的側面上開設有環狀的卡固槽521。連接柱520插入擴充插座300的通孔310時,連接柱520穿入卡榫340的扣孔341且扣孔341之內緣卡入卡固槽411而將連接柱520固定,藉此使得防塵蓋500固定於擴充插座300。弧片530插設在外環槽320且弧片530的凸面上凸設有一定位肋531,定位肋531能夠卡接外環槽330內的任一定位槽332而使防塵蓋固定無法旋轉。欲將防塵蓋500退出擴充插座300時,推動卡榫340使扣孔341之內緣退出接柱520,則接柱520即能夠退出扣孔341。

參閱圖17至圖19,本發明之第三實施例提供一種插座排,其包含有一主模組100以及複數擴充模組200,於本實施例中較佳地包含二個擴充模組200/200’,但本發明不限定擴充模組200/200’之數量。各擴充模組200/200’能夠選擇性地分別組裝連接主模組100,且二個擴充模組200/200’能夠擇性地組裝相連接。
主模組100以及連接主模組100的擴充模組200如同第一實施例所述,於此不再贅述。另一擴充模組200’上設有一交流輸出插座210’、一直流輸出插座220以及一擴充插頭400,此接擴充插頭400插接前述的擴充模組200上的擴充插座300而將二擴充模組200/200’組裝相連使得二擴充模組200/200’相互電性連接並且能夠相對旋轉。因此主模組100能夠將市電電源供應至各交流輸出插座110/210/210’及直流輸出插座220。藉由定位肋402卡接定位槽332而能夠固定擴充模組200與相連接的主模組100或是另一擴充模組200’的相對角度。
本發明的插座排其主模組100能夠藉由擴充插座300供擴任意充模組200/200’上的擴充插頭400插接,藉以擴充交流輸出插座210/210’或是直流輸出插座220。再者擴充模組200也能夠藉由其上的擴充插座300供另一擴充模組200’上的擴充插頭400插接而進一步擴充。又,擴充模組200能夠藉此與相連接的主模組100或是另一擴充模組200’相對旋轉以便於調整使用角度。

一主模組,該主模組上設有一擴充插座,該擴充插座形成有一通孔、環繞該通孔的一內環槽以及環繞該內環槽的一外環槽,該擴充插座上設有三電極,各該電極分別延伸至該通孔內、該內環槽內以及該外環槽內;及
