Abstract
本發明的玻璃樹脂積層體1包括由玻璃片材2構成的層、由樹脂層3構成的層、以及將玻璃片材2與樹脂層3黏接的黏接層4,且具有至少3層以上的積層構造,黏接層4在至少430 nm~680 nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上。
Description
本發明是有關於一種玻璃材料,其使用於建築物或車輛、邊框、展示櫃(exhibition case)、液晶顯示器或有機電致發光(electroluminescence,EL)顯示器等平板顯示器,或太陽電池、鋰離子電池、觸控面板、電子紙等元件的玻璃基板,數位電子看板或用於其的導光板,及有機EL照明等元件的蓋玻璃或醫藥品封裝等中,更詳細而言,本發明涉及一種耐氣候特性優良、輕量且視認性佳的玻璃材料。
玻璃板因耐氣候特性、耐化學腐蝕性、耐擦傷性優良,透明且採光性優良,故被廣泛用於一般建築或高層大樓等的窗戶材料,屋頂的天窗、邊框或展示櫃、汽車、電車等交通工具等的窗戶材料中。
然而,玻璃為脆性材料,存在對物理衝擊弱而容易破損的問題。眾所周知若飛來物或高速物打到玻璃板上則玻璃板容易破損,而且,受到熱衝擊亦容易導致破損。
為了解決該問題而提出有多種在玻璃板上積層了透明樹脂材料而成的積層體。透明樹脂材料在透明且採光性優良方
面,與作為無機材料的玻璃相同,但具有對物理衝擊比玻璃強的優點,相反,亦具有耐化學腐蝕性、耐氣候特性、耐擦傷性比玻璃差,表面的質感比玻璃所體現出的高級感差的缺點。例如,下述專利文獻1中提出了如下的積層玻璃(玻璃樹脂積層體),其依序積層有玻璃/聚乙烯丁醛(polyvinyl butyral)/聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)/聚乙烯丁醛/玻璃而構成。專利文獻1中,藉由利用透明樹脂材料來支持對物理衝擊弱的玻璃,而可防止玻璃板的破損、飛散,並且利用耐氣候特性及耐擦傷性優良的玻璃板來夾著透明樹脂材料,由此防止透明樹脂材料暴露在外部環境下,從而能夠以玻璃板與透明樹脂材料的各自的長處來彌補各自的短處。

然而,在從正面觀察專利文獻1的玻璃積層體的情況下,雖為無色透明,但在從斜方向(具有角度的方向)觀察的情況下,有時可看見稍著色為黃色。此外,在從專利文獻1中所記載的玻璃積層體的端部藉由邊緣光(edge light)等光源照射光而將玻璃積層體用作液晶顯示器用的背光或廣告牌或導引板等的導光板的情況下,隨著遠離邊緣光,而有時發現會呈現出黃色。
另一方面,樹脂材料與玻璃相比,為顏色的變化豐富、無色且高透明者,因而可將透明性著色品、不透明性著色品等各
種材料加以製品化而在各處進行銷售並使用。該些樹脂材料不僅用作具有透明性的窗戶,且就著色品而言,亦可活用為裝飾品的蓋子或盒子等。該情況下,亦如上述般,存在與樹脂材料本來的色彩不同,而稍呈現出黃色的問題。
本發明是為了解決如上述般的先前技術的問題而完成者,其目的在於獲得如下的積層體:防止呈現出黃色而維持樹脂材料本來的顏色特性,並且由表層的玻璃片材來彌補耐擦傷性、耐環境性等樹脂片材的缺點。
本發明者等人經過努力研究,結果發現:即便在透明黏接層的可見光線透過率超過90%的情況下,可見光波長區域的短波長側端部(380nm~450nm)或長波長側端部(650nm~780nm)的透過率小於90%而為稍低點,由此仍會觀察到玻璃樹脂積層體帶有色彩。本發明者等人還發現:透明黏接劑中具有特別是短波長側的透過率低的傾向,且因該影響而會觀察到玻璃樹脂積層體帶有黃色,從而完成了本發明。
技術方案1的發明是一種玻璃樹脂積層體,包括由玻璃片材構成的層、由樹脂層構成的層、以及將上述玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的黏接層,且具有至少3層以上的積層構造,上述玻璃樹脂積層體的特徵在於:上述黏接層在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上。此處的分光透過率是指各波長下的平行光線透過率與擴散光線透過率之和。而且,黏接層
在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上,是指在黏接層的厚度發生變化的情況下,該厚度下的分光透過率。而在黏接層存在2層以上的情況下,是指將所有層的厚度相加的狀態下的分光透過率為90%以上。
技術方案2的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,具有5層構造,該5層構造是由兩層最外層的上述玻璃片材,插入安裝於上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材間的1層上述樹脂層,以及將上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的2層上述黏接層構成。
技術方案3的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1或技術方案2所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述樹脂層為透明。此處,樹脂層為透明,是指可見光線透過率為90%以上。在樹脂層的厚度發生變化的情況下,是指該厚度下的可見光線透過率,在樹脂層存在2層以上的情況下,是指將所有樹脂層的厚度相加的狀態下的可見光線透過率為90%以上。
技術方案4的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1至技術方案3中任一技術方案所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述黏接層的厚度為50μm~800μm。
技術方案5的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1至技術方案4中任一技術方案所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述玻璃片材為無鹼玻璃。
技術方案6的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1至技術方
案5中任一技術方案所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述玻璃片材是利用溢流下拉法而製作。
技術方案7的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1至技術方案6中任一技術方案所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述樹脂層為聚碳酸酯材料或者丙烯酸樹脂材料。
技術方案8的發明的特徵在於:在技術方案1至技術方案7中任一技術方案所述的玻璃樹脂積層體中,上述玻璃片材的厚度為100μm~300μm。
根據技術方案1的發明,因玻璃樹脂積層體包括由玻璃片材構成的層、由樹脂層構成的層、以及將上述玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的黏接層,且具有至少3層以上的積層構造,且上述黏接層在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上,故可防止玻璃樹脂積層體呈現出黃色,不會破壞樹脂層本來的色調,而可充分地發揮樹脂層的顏色特性。
根據技術方案2的發明,因玻璃樹脂積層體具有5層構造,該5層構造由兩層最外層的上述玻璃片材,插入安裝於上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材間的1層上述樹脂層,以及將上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的2層上述黏接層構成,故藉由利用耐氣候特性及耐擦傷性優良的玻璃片材來夾著樹脂層,而可防止耐氣候特性或耐擦傷性欠佳的樹脂層暴露在外部環境中。而且,可將手感或質感優良的玻璃層作為最外層。
根據技術方案3的發明,因上述樹脂層為透明,故可形成無色且高透明的玻璃樹脂積層體。
根據技術方案4的發明,因上述黏接層的厚度為50μm~800μm,故可防止玻璃樹脂積層體呈現出黃色,且可由黏接層來吸收玻璃片材與樹脂層的熱膨脹差,從而可防止玻璃片材與樹脂層因熱膨脹而剝離。
根據技術方案5的發明,因上述玻璃片材為無鹼玻璃,故玻璃片材的耐氣候特性、耐化學腐蝕性提高,因而可形成適合於更長期使用的玻璃樹脂積層體。
根據技術方案6的發明,因上述玻璃片材利用溢流下拉法而製作,故可大量且廉價地製作表面品質優良的玻璃片材。藉由溢流下拉法製作的玻璃片材無須進行研磨或磨削。
根據技術方案7的發明,因上述樹脂層為聚碳酸酯材料或者丙烯酸樹脂材料,故透明性優良,尤其在使用丙烯酸樹脂材料的情況下,可形成導光特性優良的玻璃樹脂積層體。
根據技術方案8的發明,因上述玻璃片材的厚度為100μm~300μm,故可獲得輕量化的玻璃樹脂積層體。

以下,參照圖式,對本發明的玻璃樹脂積層體的較佳的實施形態進行說明。
本發明的玻璃樹脂積層體1中,如圖1a所示,玻璃片材2與樹脂層3是由黏接層4黏接。
作為玻璃片材2,使用矽酸鹽玻璃,較佳為使用二氧化矽玻璃、硼矽酸玻璃、鹼石灰玻璃、鋁矽酸鹽玻璃,最佳為使用無鹼玻璃。玻璃一般而言耐氣候特性優良,但在玻璃片材2中含有鹼成分的情況下,若在長時間暴露於外部環境中的狀況下持續使用,則表面中的陽離子脫落,而產生所謂的鈉析出的現象,從而有結構上變粗糙之虞,且有玻璃片材2的透光性變差之虞。另外,此處所謂的無鹼玻璃是指實質不含有鹼成分(鹼金屬氧化物)的玻璃,具體而言,是指鹼成分的重量比為1000ppm以下的玻璃。本發明中的鹼成分的重量比較佳為500ppm以下,更佳為300ppm以下。而且,作為玻璃片材2,亦可使用化學強化玻璃或物理強化玻璃。
玻璃片材2的厚度較佳為10μm~1000μm,更佳為50μm~500μm,最佳為100μm~300μm。玻璃片材的厚度越大,則玻璃樹脂積層體的強度越高。另一方面,玻璃片材的厚度越薄,則越能夠減輕玻璃樹脂積層體的該厚度下的重量。玻璃片材2的
厚度較佳為小於樹脂層3的厚度。藉此,玻璃樹脂積層體1中,玻璃片材2所佔的比例減少,因而可實現玻璃樹脂積層體1的輕量化。而且,在使用化學強化玻璃作為玻璃片材2的情況下,其厚度較佳為300μm~1000μm。
較佳為玻璃片材2的密度低。藉此,可實現玻璃片材2的輕量化,進而可實現玻璃樹脂積層體1的輕量化。具體而言,玻璃片材2的密度較佳為2.6g/cm3以下,更佳為2.5g/cm3以下。
本發明中所使用的玻璃片材2如圖2所示,較佳為藉由溢流下拉法而成形。藉此,可大量且廉價地製作表面品質優良的玻璃片材2。溢流下拉法是在成形時玻璃片材2的兩面不與成形構件接觸的成形法,所獲得的玻璃片材2的兩面(透光面)為火焰研磨(fire polished)面,即便不進行研磨亦可獲得高的表面品質。藉此,可正確且精密地隔著黏接層4而使玻璃片材2與樹脂層3積層。
在成形裝置5的內部配設著具有剖面楔狀的外表面形狀的成形體51,藉由將在未圖示的熔融爐中熔融的玻璃(熔融玻璃)供給至成形體51中,而該熔融玻璃自成形體51的頂部溢出。然後,所溢出的熔融玻璃沿著成形體51的呈剖面楔狀的兩側面在下端合流,藉此開始自熔融玻璃進行玻璃帶G的成形。在成形體51下端合流後的玻璃帶G立即一邊利用冷卻輥52限制其寬度方向的收縮,一邊被朝向下方拉長而變薄至規定的厚度為止。接著,藉由將已達到上述規定厚度的玻璃帶G利用退火爐輥(annealer
roller)53送出,而在緩冷爐(退火爐)中緩慢冷卻,消除玻璃帶G的熱應變,並將經緩冷的玻璃帶G充分冷卻至室溫程度的溫度為止。已通過緩冷爐的玻璃帶G藉由存在於成形裝置5下方的未圖示的切斷裝置而切斷為規定尺寸,從而使玻璃片材2成形。
樹脂層3並未特別限定為有色或無色、透明或非透明等,例如可使用聚乙烯(polyethylene)、聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate)、聚偏二氯乙烯(polyvinylidene chloride)、聚丙烯(polypropylene)、聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol)、聚酯(polyester)、聚苯乙烯(polystyrene)、聚丙烯腈、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸樹脂、聚碳酸酯等。特別是就透明性優良而言,較佳為使用丙烯酸樹脂、聚碳酸酯。而且,針對要求設計性的用途,較佳為使用可選擇各種色彩的丙烯酸樹脂。
樹脂層3的厚度可根據所使用的玻璃片材2的厚度、及玻璃樹脂積層體1的目標厚度等而適當設定、選擇。在建築物的窗戶等中使用玻璃樹脂積層體1的情況下,因較佳為玻璃樹脂積層體1不發生撓曲,故較佳為透明樹脂層3具有可支持玻璃片材2的程度的厚度。
樹脂層3亦可成形為凹面或凸面等曲面形狀。該情況下,玻璃片材2亦可依照樹脂層3的曲面形狀而彎曲成形,藉由形狀固定成曲面形狀的玻璃片材2,而樹脂層3的形狀受到約束,
故藉由玻璃片材2增強樹脂層3的效果變得顯著。而且,在使用厚度10μm~300μm的玻璃片材作為玻璃片材2的情況下,因玻璃片材2追隨樹脂層3的曲面而變形,故無須使玻璃片材2彎曲成形便可製作玻璃樹脂積層體1。特別是在樹脂層3成形為凹面的曲面形狀的情況下,藉由使玻璃片材2追隨成形為凹面的樹脂層3的曲面,而在玻璃片材2的表面形成壓縮應力,從而玻璃樹脂積層體1整體上獲得優良的衝擊吸收性。
黏接層4將玻璃片材2與樹脂層3黏接。黏接層4在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率必須為90%以上。藉此,可不破壞樹脂層3本來的色調,而充分發揮樹脂層的顏色特性。若黏接層4在450nm以下的可見光短波長區域中的分光透過率小於90%,則有時因其用途而在呈現出黃色的狀態下觀察到玻璃樹脂積層體1,因而欠佳。黏接層4在430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率更佳為92%以上,最佳為94%以上。
黏接層4的厚度較佳為25μm~1000μm,更佳為50μm~800μm,進而更佳為50μm~500μm。黏接層4的厚度越大,則越可吸收由樹脂層3與玻璃片材2的熱膨脹差而引起的伸縮的差,但430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率越差。另一方面,黏接層4的厚度越小,則430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率越高,但難以吸收由樹脂層3與玻璃片材2的熱膨脹差而引起的收縮的差。因此,黏接層4的厚度最佳為100μm~500μm。另外,本發明中,即便黏接層4的厚度增大,430nm~680nm
的波長區域中的分光透過率亦不會低於90%。
關於黏接層4的材質,只要波長430nm~680nm下的分光透過率滿足90%以上,則不作特別限定,可使用兩面黏著片材、熱可塑性黏接片材、熱交聯性黏接片材、能量硬化性的液體黏接劑等,例如,亦可使用光學透明黏著片材、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate,EVA)、熱可塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethanes,TPU)、聚乙烯丁醛(PolyVinyl Butyral,PVB)、離子性塑性(ionoplast)樹脂(SG,SentryGlass)、丙烯酸樹脂系熱可塑性黏接片材、紫外線硬化型黏接劑、熱硬化型黏接劑、常溫硬化型黏接劑等來進行黏接。在使用黏接劑的情況下,較佳為使用黏接後呈透明狀態的黏接劑。而且,若黏接層4中具有紫外線遮蔽性(紫外線吸收),則可防止樹脂層3因紫外線而劣化。
而且,黏接層4在410nm~700nm的波長區域中的分光透過率更佳為90%~94%以上,進而若在380nm~780nm的波長區域中分光透過率為90%~94%以上,則視覺上大致透明,因而最佳。
黏接層4較佳為霧度(haze)為2%以下。藉此,在使用丙烯酸樹脂或聚碳酸酯等透明度高的材料作為樹脂層3的情況下,可獲得透明度高的玻璃樹脂積層體1。黏接層4更佳為霧度(haze)為1%以下,進而較佳為0.5%以下。
如圖1b所示,本發明的玻璃樹脂積層體1較佳為由玻
璃片材/黏接層/樹脂層/黏接層/玻璃片材構成的5層構造。藉此,利用耐氣候特性及耐擦傷性優良的玻璃片材2來夾著樹脂層3,而可防止耐氣候特性或耐擦傷性差的樹脂層3暴露於外部環境中。而且,可將手感或質感優良的玻璃片材2作為最外層。
樹脂層3的厚度較佳為將玻璃片材21、玻璃片材22的厚度相加的厚度以上,更佳為玻璃片材21、玻璃片材22的厚度的3倍以上。藉此,玻璃樹脂積層體1中透明樹脂層3所佔的比例增加,因而可進一步減輕玻璃樹脂積層體1整體的重量,從而可更有效地實現玻璃樹脂積層體1的輕量化。在玻璃片材21、玻璃片材22的厚度不同的情況下,透明樹脂層3的厚度較佳為厚度最大的玻璃片材的厚度的3倍以上。透明樹脂層3的厚度更佳為玻璃片材21、玻璃片材22的厚度的10倍以上,最佳為20倍以上。
玻璃片材21與玻璃片材22可使用同一種類的玻璃材質,亦可使用不同種類的玻璃材質。例如,在將玻璃樹脂積層體1用於建築用的窗戶等的情況下,暴露在外部環境一側的玻璃片材21中使用耐氣候特性更優良的無鹼玻璃,室內等的內部環境一側的玻璃片材22中則可使用鹼石灰玻璃等。而且,較佳為與黏接層4同樣地要求對可見光線更為透明的玻璃片材且在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上。藉此,不會破壞樹脂層3本來的色調,而可充分地發揮樹脂層的顏色特性。
玻璃片材21、玻璃片材22的厚度可為相同的厚度,亦可為不同的厚度。例如,在將玻璃樹脂積層體1用於建築用的窗
戶等的情況下,亦可將暴露在外部環境的一側的玻璃片材21的厚度設定得厚(例如100μm),將室內等的內部環境一側的玻璃片材22的厚度設定得薄(例如50μm)。
另外,本發明並不限定於上述實施形態,能夠以各種形態來實施。例如,上述實施形態中,已對3層構造或5層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體進行了說明,但亦可為7層構造以上的玻璃樹脂積層體。
[實施例]
以下,根據實施例對本發明的玻璃樹脂積層體進行詳細說明,但本發明並不限定於該些實施例。
(實施例1)準備一塊長300mm、寬300mm、厚100μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的無鹼玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材以未研磨的狀態而直接加以使用。作為樹脂層,準備長300mm、寬300mm、厚1mm的矩形的乳白色半透明的聚碳酸酯板(他喜龍(takiron)公司製造)。在樹脂層的單面積層作為黏接層的熱可塑性片材(EVA)150μm後,積層玻璃片材,藉此製作出3層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長410nm~700nm下的分光透過率在各波長中為90%以上。而且,黏接層中添加了紫外線吸收劑,從而具有紫外線遮蔽性能。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,直接再現聚碳酸酯板的乳白色的半透明性,並未呈現出黃色。而且,藉由氙氣耐氣候機對所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體的
玻璃面側實施1000小時的耐氣候特性試驗後,聚碳酸酯並未劣化。本實施例可作為照明蓋而較佳地使用。
(實施例2)準備兩塊長600mm、寬600mm、厚700μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的無鹼玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材以未研磨的狀態而直接使用。作為樹脂層,準備長600mm、寬600mm、厚6mm的矩形的白色不透明的丙烯酸樹脂板(三菱麗陽(Mitsubishi Rayon)公司製造)。在樹脂層的兩面積層作為黏接層的熱可塑性片材(EVA)400μm後,利用兩塊玻璃片材夾著樹脂層,藉此製作5層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長430nm~680nm下的分光透過率在各波長中為90%以上。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,直接再現丙烯酸樹脂板的白色,並未呈現出黃色。本實施例中,可再現丙烯酸樹脂的白色,由玻璃片材來保護丙烯酸樹脂,藉此耐擦傷性優良,且因丙烯酸樹脂自身具有紫外線耐久性,故適合用作陳列架。
(實施例3)準備兩塊長500mm、寬500mm、厚200μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的無鹼玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材以未研磨的狀態直接使用。作為樹脂層,準備長500mm、寬500mm、厚2mm的矩形的無色透明的丙烯酸樹脂板(三菱麗陽公司製造)。在樹脂層的兩面積層作為黏接層的丙烯酸樹脂系光學透明兩面黏著片材200μm後,由兩塊玻璃片材夾著樹脂層,藉此製作5層構造的玻
璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長420nm~780nm下的分光透過率在各波長中為91%以上。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,直接再現丙烯酸樹脂板的透明性,並未呈現出黃色。因丙烯酸樹脂自身具有紫外線耐久性,故可適合用作高透明窗。
(實施例4)準備兩塊長600mm、寬600mm、厚100μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的無鹼玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材以未研磨的狀態直接使用。作為樹脂層,準備長600mm、寬600mm、厚4mm、R3000mm的圓柱形狀的無色透明的丙烯酸樹脂板(三菱麗陽公司製造)。在樹脂層的兩面積層作為黏接層的丙烯酸樹脂系光學透明兩面黏著片材350μm後,將兩塊玻璃片材以沿著樹脂層的曲面的方式加以配置而夾著樹脂層,藉此製作5層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長400nm~780nm下的分光透過率在各波長中為92%以上。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,直接再現丙烯酸樹脂板的透明性,並未呈現出黃色。因丙烯酸樹脂板、玻璃片材及黏接層為高透明,故可適合用作包含曲面的展示櫃。
(實施例5)準備兩塊長600mm、寬600mm、厚500μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的鈉玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材,以成為R1000mm的圓柱形狀而進行彎曲成形。作為樹脂層,準備長600mm、寬600mm、厚6mm、R2000mm的圓柱形狀的無色透明的聚碳酸
酯板(他喜龍公司製造)。在樹脂層的兩面積層作為黏接層的熱可塑性片材(TPU)400μm後,利用兩塊玻璃片材夾著樹脂層,藉此製作5層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長430nm~700nm下的分光透過率在各波長中為90%以上。而且,黏接層中添加了紫外線吸收劑,從而具有紫外線遮蔽性能。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,直接再現聚碳酸酯板的透明性,並未呈現出黃色。而且,藉由氙氣耐氣候機對所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體實施1000小時的耐氣候特性試驗後,聚碳酸酯並未劣化。本實施例可適合用作具有耐衝擊性的安全窗。
(比較例1)準備兩塊長500mm、寬500mm、厚200μm的矩形的玻璃片材。玻璃片材使用日本電氣硝子股份有限公司製造的無鹼玻璃。將藉由溢流下拉法成形的玻璃片材以未研磨的狀態直接使用。作為樹脂層,準備長500mm、寬500mm、厚6mm的矩形的無色透明的丙烯酸樹脂板(三菱麗陽公司製造)。在樹脂層的兩面積層作為黏接層的熱可塑性片材(TPU)400μm後,利用兩塊玻璃片材夾著樹脂層,藉此製作5層構造的玻璃樹脂積層體。另外,黏接層的波長430nm~680nm下的分光透過率在各波長區域小於90%,最高值為88%。自傾斜45°方向觀察所獲得的玻璃樹脂積層體後,確認呈現出黃色。
[產業上之可利用性]
本發明適合用於一般建築或高層大樓等的窗戶材料,屋頂的天窗,農業用溫室的被覆材料,汽車、電車等交通工具等的
窗戶材料,電子元件的基板或蓋玻璃,觸控面板,面狀發光的廣告板或導引板等。

Claims (8)
- 一種玻璃樹脂積層體,包括由玻璃片材構成的層、由樹脂層構成的層、以及將上述玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的黏接層,且具有至少3層以上的積層構造;上述玻璃樹脂積層體的特徵在於:上述黏接層在至少430nm~680nm的波長區域中的分光透過率為90%以上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其具有5層構造,上述5層構造是由兩層最外層的上述玻璃片材,插入安裝於上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材之間的1層上述樹脂層,以及將上述兩層最外層的玻璃片材與上述樹脂層黏接的2層上述黏接層構成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其中上述樹脂層為透明。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第3項中任一項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其中上述黏接層的厚度為50μm~800μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其中上述玻璃片材為無鹼玻璃。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第5項中任一項所述的玻璃樹脂 積層體,其中上述玻璃片材是利用溢流下拉法而製作。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第6項中任一項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其中上述樹脂層為聚碳酸酯材料或者丙烯酸樹脂材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項至第7項中任一項所述的玻璃樹脂積層體,其中上述玻璃片材的厚度為100μm~300μm。
