Abstract

本發明提供一種鍍膜件,其包括一透明基材,在該透明基材上依次形成有底漆層、金屬層和面漆層,所述底漆層為丙烯酸,該丙烯酸中添加質量百分比為35%~40%的白色色漿或質量百分比為2%~4%黑色色漿,所述金屬層以NCVM的方法形成,所述面漆層為油墨。本發明還提供一種所述鍍膜件的製作方法。所述鍍膜件具有遮光和良好的外觀效果。

Description

鍍膜件及鍍膜件的製作方法
本發明涉及一種鍍膜件及鍍膜件的製作方法,尤其涉及一種遮光效果好且具有良好外觀的鍍膜件及其製作方法。
NCVM的主要特徵係結合了傳統真空鍍膜技術的特性,採用新的鍍膜技術、新的材料,做出不同於普通真空電鍍的金屬外觀效果,起到美化工件表面之功用。籍由NCVM對按鍵、導光柱等產品的表面處理,要求字體部分和導光面的部分能夠無遮蔽,使光線順利通过,保持高通过率,字體以外部分或導光面則不要求光線通过,但同時要保證塑膠面有高金屬質感又不影響電磁波信號的傳播,保持信號暢通,但NCVM在遮光效果方面受到很大的限制,很難達到完全的遮光效果。
鑒於此,本發明提供一種遮光效果好且具有良好外觀的鍍膜件。
另,還有必要提供一所述鍍膜件的製作方法。
一種鍍膜件,其包括一透明基材,在該透明基材上依次形成有底漆層、金屬層和面漆層,所述底漆層為丙烯酸,該丙烯酸中添加质量百分比為35%~40%的二氧化鈦白色色漿或质量百分比為2%~4%炭黑或氧化鐵的黑色色漿,所述金屬層以真空蒸鍍的方法形成,所述面漆層為丙烯酸。
一種製造鍍膜件的方法。
提供一透明基材;
在該透明基材一表面上形成底漆層;
所述底漆層為丙烯酸,該丙烯酸中添加质量百分比為35%~40%的二氧化鈦白色色漿或质量百分比為2%~4%炭黑或氧化鐵的黑色色漿;
籍由真空蒸鍍形成金屬層;
在金屬層上噴塗面漆層,該面漆層為丙烯酸。
與習知技術相比,本發明所述鍍膜件可以在保留原NCVM工藝基本步驟和參數,籍由底漆層內添加一定比例的色漿實現了保持電磁波信號的暢通,并遮光效果好,且具有良好外觀的鍍膜件。
請參閱圖1,本發明的鍍膜件10包括一透明基材11,在該透明基材11上形成底漆層13,在該底漆層13上形成金屬層15,該金屬層15以真空蒸鍍的方法形成,最後,在該金屬層15形成面漆層17。
該透明基材11由透明的材料製成,如透明的塑膠材料,本較佳實施例中選取的塑膠材料為透明的聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl Methacrylate,PMMA)。
所述底漆層13主要成分為丙烯酸,底漆層13的厚度約為10-20μm。該底漆層13中添加有白色色漿,其质量百分比為35%~40%。該白色色漿主要成份係二氧化鈦顏料,其作用係配合鍍膜層遮蔽非導光區域的光線通过。該底漆層13中或添加有黑色色漿,其质量百分比為2%~4%,該黑色色漿主要成份係氧化鐵或炭黑顏料,其作用也係配合鍍膜層遮蔽非導光區域的光線通过。
該金屬層15通过真空蒸鍍形成,膜層厚度200-500nm,既滿足金屬質感高光外觀,又能滿足RF檢測,不干擾電磁波信號。
最後,噴塗面漆層17,所述面漆層17主要成分為丙烯酸,厚度約為10-15μm,經過流平,60oC烘烤5min,再經過紫外光固化。
本發明一較佳實施方式的鍍膜件10的製作方法,其包括如下步驟:
提供一基材11。基材11由透明或半透明的材料製成,如透明的塑膠材料,本較佳實施例中選取的塑膠材料為透明的聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl Methacrylate,PMMA)。
前處理:基材11放入無水乙醇中進行超聲波清洗,以去除基材11表面的油污漬,清洗時間為5~10min。
請參閱圖1,鍍膜件10包括一透明基材11、在該透明基材11上一面底漆層13,所述底漆層13主要成分為丙烯酸,厚度約為10-20μm,並在底漆層中添加二氧化鈦的白色色5%~40%或炭黑或氧化鐵的黑色色漿质量百分比為2%~4%,經過流平,70oC烘烤10min,再經過紫外光固化步驟完成。
金屬層15,籍由真空蒸發鍍膜形成,其步驟參數為:鍍膜真空度3×10-8Pa,採用99.9%的鋁絲其直徑1.0mm,鍍料長度8-10cm,選擇雙電極真空蒸發鍍膜,公轉和自轉比為7:6,公轉15PRM,鍍膜電壓7-9V,鍍膜電流4000-5000A,蒸發時間7分鐘。該金屬層15的厚度200-500nm,經過以上蒸鍍製程處理後的鍍膜件10,既滿足金屬質感高光外觀,又能滿足RF檢測,達到不干擾電磁波信號的目的。
噴塗面漆層17,所述面漆層17主要成分為丙烯酸,厚度約為10-15μm,經過流平,60oC烘烤5min,再經過紫外光固化步驟完成。
本發明所述鍍膜件10可以在保留原NCVM工藝基本步驟和參數的前提下,又實現了保持電磁波信號的暢通的遮光效果好且具有良好外觀的鍍膜件。
實驗測試
1.附著力測試。3M膠帶黏3分鐘沿45度方向快速拉起,無脫落。
2. 目視樣品無明顯色差。
3.光澤度要求20oC下並達到100GΜ以上,在1W的LED白光光源照射下目視無投射通过。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種鍍膜件,其包括一透明基材,在該透明基材上依次形成有底漆層、金屬層和面漆層,其改良在於:所述底漆層為丙烯酸漆層,該丙烯酸中添加有质量百分比為35%~40%的二氧化鈦的白色色漿或质量百分比為2%~4%的炭黑或氧化鐵的黑色色漿,所述面漆層為丙烯酸漆層。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鍍膜件,其中所述透明基材的材料為透明聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鍍膜件,其中所述底漆層厚度為10-20μm。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鍍膜件,其中所述金屬層為鋁、鉻或銀層,其厚度為0.5~0.8μm。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鍍膜件,其中所述面漆層的厚度為10-15μm。
  6. 一種鍍膜件的製作方法,其包括如下步驟:
    提供一透明基材;
    在該透明基材一表面上形成底漆層;
    所述底漆層為丙烯酸,該丙烯酸中添加质量百分比為35%~40%的二氧化鈦的白色色漿或质量百分比為2%~4%炭黑或氧化鐵的黑色色漿;
    通过真空蒸鍍形成金屬層;
    在金屬層上噴塗面漆層,該面漆層為丙烯酸。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之鍍膜件的製作方法,其中所述底漆層噴塗步驟參數為:70oC烘烤10min,再經過紫外光固化完成。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之鍍膜件的製作方法,其中所述蒸鍍金屬層的步驟參數為,鍍膜真空度3×10-8Pa,採用99.9%的鋁絲其直徑1.0mm,鍍料長度8-10cm,選擇雙電極真空蒸發鍍膜,公轉和自轉比為7:6,公轉15PRM,鍍膜電壓7-9V,鍍膜電流4000-5000A,蒸發時間7分鐘。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之鍍膜件的製作方法,其中所述金屬層厚度為200-500nm。
