Abstract

This invention provides a discharging lamp. It assuredly suppress temperature rise of the electrode. Therefore, the electrode of discharging lamp will not be melted, the light-emitting tube will not be blackened, and do not cause emission-attenuation output. The discharging lamp provides with a pair of electrodes 2, 3. They are built inside the light-emitting tube 10 oppositely each other. The electrode 2 is comprises an electrode body, in which an airtight space S is formed inside. The heat conductor M is sealed in the airtight space S. The electro-thermal main-body 20 provides with the through hole 21, which connects with outside and inside of the electrode main-body for gas introduction of the airtight space S. The front end opening at outside of the electrode main-body of the through hole 21 for gas introduction is melted and sealed.
