經濟部中央標準马員工消費合作社印製 199865 A6 • B6 五、發明説明() 本發明有關皮虜霣極建構及包括此建構出之穿皮藥物 输送裝置。本發明可特別使用於轚離子透入療法之藥物输 送皮虜霣棰之建構,以下為本案之説明。 電離子透入療法傜一種藉電流的幫肋而將離子移入表 面組纗内的方法。雖然此種方法己公開很久,但作為穿皮 _物輸送使用邇是最近才引起注意,文獻上也有很多此種 裝置的説明。但此種藥物输送技術最大的限制之一,待別 是對蕖物输送最佳速率,其會因霣離子透入療法霣棰所産 生之熱而造該裝置會造成接受者皮虜發炎或受灼。 Tapper美國專利4,164,226掲示之電棰構造可提供皮 虜保護以免受灼,待別是在用電離子透入療法作穿皮藥物 输送時,以毛氈材料覆蓋舆患者表皮接觸之皮虜轚棰面, 此種材料較佳為以一掖體沾濕。但此種裝置之應用是受限 於因其無法再生使用也無法控制具溼度含量。 本發明之一目的為提供一種上述之霣器裝置,特別是 具有上述優黏之穿皮_物输送裝置。 本發明在一方面提供可供患者表皮應用之霣器裝置, 包括一皮》電榷及一多孔绝嫌層並滲有接觸患者表皮要用 之液體以便減少或消除皮虜發炎或受灼;其特徽在裝置包 括一供液體貯器是與多孔絶錁層連通;一可位移構件控制 掖體自貯器至多孔绝绨靥的饋送;及一控制裝置控制該可 位移構件以及液體自貯器至多孔绝绨層之饋速率。 本發明下述的數傾較佳實施例之特撤説明如下,該可 位移構件傜一膜片,而該控制裝置包括一用以控制該膜片 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) • _裝· 訂_ 線· 本紙張尺度適用中围國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公贷) -3- 81.9.25,000 A6 B6 199865 五、發明説明() 位移壓力室。 述的實施例中更進一步的特擻為該壓力室包括一電解 槽,其可對霣解榷之«流反應而産生氣體。多孔绝狳層亦 包括一可感測該靥液體含量之感測器,及控制裝置包括一 由該感測器控制之控制霣路,使其可根據所感測之多孔絶 緣層的液腥含量來控制至施於電解槽之電流。 依據前述的特徽所建構的裝置在許多的應用方面是可 使用的,以減少或消除電極施加於患者皮虜時引起之皮虜 發炎或灼傷,而本發明待別有用於穿皮輸送蕖物給患者。 根據本發明另一方面是提供一可輪送一液體藥物給患 者之穿皮藥物輸送裝置,其包括:一多孔绝绪層,其具有 以多孔絶绨層一餹舆患者皮虜接觭而使該電器裝置及患者 聯結之一裝置;一输送蕖液貯器位於多孔绝绨層之另一倒 ;一用以控制藥液自貯器餓至多孔絶绨體之可位移構件;
