Abstract
Bulus nükleik asit oligomer hibritlesme olaylarinin elektrokimyasal tayin metoduyla ilgilidir. Bir ucundan iletken yüzeye bagli ve diger, serbest uçtan, redoks-aktif birime bagli olan DNA / RNA / PNA oligomer tek telleri, hibritizasyon matriksi (prob) gibi davranir. Tek telli oligonükleotitlerin bir bölümü test edilen oligonükleotit solüsyonu (hedef) ile hibritlenir, ilk basta olmayan veya çok zayif olarak bulunan redoks-aktif birim ile iletken yüzey arasindaki elektriksel iletisim sonuç olarak artmaktadir. Bu da hibritlesme olayinin, voltametri, amperometri ve iletkenlik ölçümü gibi elektrokimyasal metodlar kullanilarak tayinini mümkün kilar.
