Abstract
Bu bulus, burada ifsa edildigi üzere, ekspresyonu yeni insektisid toksinleri meydana getiren Ksenorhabdus nematofilus, Ksenorhabdus poinarii ve Fotorhabdus luminescens üzerinden elde edilen yeni toksinler ile ilgilidir. Mevcut bulus, insekt pestleri kontrol etme becerisine sahip insektisid toksinleri içeren kompozisyon ve formülasyonlari da ifsa eder. Mevcut bulus, ayrica toksinlerin yapilmasi metotlari ve örnegin mikroorganizmalar içerisinde insekt pestlerin kontrol edilmesi ya da transgen bitkilere insekt direnci verilmesi amaciyla nükleotid dizilerin kullanimi metodu ile ilgilidir.This invention relates to new toxins derived from Xenorhabdus nematofilus, Xenorhabdus poinarii, and Fotorhabdus luminescens, the expression of which produces new insecticide toxins. The present invention also discloses compositions and formulations containing insecticide toxins capable of controlling insect pests. The present invention also relates to methods of making toxins and the use of nucleotide sequences, for example to control insect pests in microorganisms or to give insect resistance to transgenic plants.
