Abstract
Taban plakasinda ve isiyla etkilenen alaninda öok düsük derecelerde mükemmel dayanikligi olan, gerilme dayanimi 830 Mpa'dan daha büyük ve mikro yapisi daha çok ince daneli çubuk mertansit ve/veya incedaneli kaba bainit içeren ileri ölçülerde yüksek dayanimli, kaynaklanmasi mümkün düsük alasimli çelik ,demir vekarbon, manganez, nikel azot, bakir, krom, molibden, silikon, niyobiyum, vanadiyum,titanyum, alüminyum ve boron gibi katki maddelerinin tamami veya bazilarini belirtilen agirlik yüzdelerinden içeren çelik plakanin (levhanin) isitilmasi; levhanin plaka olusturmak üzere ostenitin yeniden kristallestirildigi sicaklik derecesi araliginda bir veya birkaç defa sicak haddeden geçirmeyle inceltilmesi; ostenitin yeniden kristallestirilme derecesinin altinda ve AR3 degisim derecesinin üstünde bir sicaklik derecesi araliginda bir ve veya birden çok sicak haddeden geçirilmesiyle haddelenmesi; haddeden geçirilen plakanin uygun bir söndürmeyi durdurma derecesinde söndürülmesi; DEVAMI VAR
