Предлагаемый способ предназначен дл  извлечени  сока из свеко1ы в полевых услови х с применением перекачивани  сока по трубопроводам и последующей его обработки на сахарном заводе.The proposed method is intended for extracting juice from a beet under field conditions using pumping juice through pipelines and then processing it at a sugar factory.

Особенность способа заключаетс  в том. что свеклу истирают так, что разрываетс  не /менее 95% клеток, а прессование ведут без подогрева в две ступени с применением промежуточного увлажнени  после первой ступем иоессовани . Получеппый сок перерабатывают на сахарном заводе таким образом, что иатока после одной кристаллизации сливаетс  в резервуары и обрабатываетс  после окончани  переработки свеклы.A feature of the method is. that the beets are abraded so that not less than 95% of the cells are torn, and the pressing is carried out without heating in two steps using intermediate moistening after the first step.
