Известны краны, выполненные виде укрепленного над платформой на Т-образных мачтах кранового пути, но которому перемещаетс подъемный механизм. В предложенной конструкции крана этот недостаток устранен тем, что подъемный механизм размещен на поворотной консоли, подвешенной к тележке, перемещающейс по двухпутному крановому пути.
