Предлагаемый способ отличаетс  от известных тем, что при работе на трех бродильных чанах в первый чан ввод т дрожжи в количестве 2,5% к полезному объему чана; сусло S этот чан ввод т до заполнени  0,8 объема. Затем перепускают сусло из первого чана во второй до 0,2 объема .второго чана; заполн ют первый чан, потом наполн ют второй до 0,8 объема и т. дПредлагаемый способ заключаетс  в следующем (см. чертеж). Сусло непрерывно поступает в бродильное отделение. В начале залива трех очередных бродильных чанов 2 в первый спускают вместе с суслом готовые дрожжи из бака 1 через кран 4. После наполнени  первого чана до уровн  0,8 полезного объема, открывают задвижку 5 на перепускном трубопроводе между, чанами. Смесь, поступающа  е первый чан, будет переливатьс  по трубе во второй чан.
