Description
Устройство содержит излучатель 1, на -есенную на его поверхность жидкость 2, обладающую ферромагнитными свойствами, провер емое изделие 3, магнит 4, создающий направленное магнитное поле, воздушный зазор 5 между жидкостью и изделием и столб 6 жидкости ,The invention relates to the field of ultrasonic flaw detection and can be applied for the inspection of a product with a complex surface in hard-to-reach places. There is a method of creating acoustic contact with ultrasonic measurements, which consists in placing a tube with a drop of liquid between the transducer and the measured product 1. A disadvantage of the known method of creating acoustic contact is that it has very limited technical capabilities and a narrow range of application As for each curvilinear surface, it is necessary to have a tube of a corresponding profile. The closest to the technical essence of the invention is the method of creating acoustic contact with ultrasonic measurements, which consists in placing the contact liquid between the radiator and the inspected product 2. However, this method has little technical capabilities, i.e. shallow grooves of the product, since otherwise the acoustic contact between the product and the radiator is broken. In order to carry out the scanning, it is necessary that the surface of the product be conductive, which is not always possible, since the products are not always made of metal, and the current does not always pass along the surface of the product being tested. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of contact and the expansion of technical capabilities. This is achieved due to the fact that a liquid with ferromagnetic properties is used as a contact liquid, which is applied to the surface of the radiator, and the acoustic contact is created by a directed magnetic field. The drawing shows a device that implements the proposed method. The device contains an emitter 1, a liquid 2 having a ferromagnetic properties on the surface of its surface, a verifiable product 3, a magnet 4 creating a directional magnetic field, an air gap 5 between the liquid and the product, and a column 6 of liquid
