Description

The invention relates to the improvement of door locks, consisting of a spring-loaded deadbolt without bevels and a rotary drum with a cam interacting with a deadbolt, which is rotated from the outside with a key and from the inside using a handle.

The proposed lock has the peculiarity that arcuate wire springs fastened in the recesses of the drum are included in the quality of zugalts for locking the swivel bar of the raban, which, with their ends, enter the grooves of the lock case and are output from these grooves when the key is pushed into the drum.

The door lock is attached to the door from the inside, opened and closed from the outside by means of a key, and from the inside by a handle. The lock consists of a lock box, a bolt, a housing for a zugalt drum, a drum with zugalt, a handle, a door strip and a key.

In the box 4 of the lock, a bolt can be moved, assembled from a double-bent outer plate 5 with a middle plate 6 placed inside. Under the influence of a spring 7 placed on the shank 8 of the middle plate, the bolt is in the extended position. In the middle plate 6 there is a square cut-out // in which a cam / 2 is freely fitted, equipped at one end with a through cross-cut cut-out, in the longitudinal part 13 of which a plate 14 is fixed at one end and a handle 15 is attached to the other end. In the outer plates 5 bolt there are longitudinal through holes 16 for the passage of the plate 14 or key when moving the bolt.

When turning the knob in the direction of the arrow D (Fig. 2), the cam 12 presses against the edge of the square hole // in the bolt and moves it inside the lock.

The handle plate 14 is provided with a locking spring 77, which engages with one of the grooves 18 in the lock box, thereby fixing it in the open or closed position.

A case / drum is attached to the inner lath 19 of the lock box, inside of which a cogalt drum 9 and 10 is rotatably mounted, made up of two half-cylinders fastened together by a connecting plate 20. In the slot x 21 half-cylinders are placed the zugalts made in the form of arc-shaped springs 2 and abutting their ends in the grooves of the body 22. When the key 23 is pushed into the slot 24 between the half-cylinders of the zugalt drum, the springs are moved apart by the key, and their ends are pulled out of the grooves 22, thus enabling the cogalt drum to be turned freely. The key with its ends 25 enters the transverse part 26 of the cross-shaped notch in the cam 12, when rotated, in the direction of the arrow D, the lock opens.

The crossbar has no bevels, therefore it is possible to close the lock with a key,

handle or by pre-pressing the bolt inside at the time of closing. To protect the door guard 28 from wear and to increase the reliability of locking, a door strip 29 is attached to it.

A door lock consisting of a spring-loaded crossbar without bevels and a rotary drum with a cam, interacting with a bolt, which is rotated from the outside using a key and from the inside using a handle, which is used as lockers for locking the rotary drum 9 and 10 arcuate wire springs 2 VI 3 reinforced in the recesses of the drum, with their ends entering the hull / lock grooves and withdrawn from these grooves when the key is pushed into the drum.
