Description

Изобретение относитс  к области онтического контрол  жидкостей и может быть нрименено дл  исследовани  жидких проб в фотометрах, флуориметрах и других оптических приборах. Один из известных способов подачи испытуемой жидкости из пробоотборника в измерительную кювету состоит в подаче дозированного объема жидкости из одной емкости в другую с помощью капилл ра-иглы 11. Наиболее близким техническим решением к данному изобретению  вл етс  способ подачи испытуемой жидкости из пробоотборника в измерительную кювету путем создани  избыточного давлени  в пробоотборнике. При этом устройство подачи испытуемой жид кости из пробоотборника в измерительную кювету содержит пробоотборник и измерительную кювету , соединенные шлангом, погруженным в испытуемую жидкость в пробоотборнике 2. К недостаткам известного технического решени  относитс  сложность управлени  процессом подачи жидкости. Целью изобретени   вл етс  автоматизаци  процесса. Цель достигаетс  тем, что в предлагаемом способе избыточное давление в пробоотборнике создают щтем уменьшени  давлени  в измерительной кювете, а отсасывают испытуемую жидкость из измерительной кюветы путем опускани  цилиндрического штока с выемкой до сообщени  полости измерительной кюветы посредством выемки с внешней средой. При этом устройство дл  реализации предлагаемого способа снабжено насосом и сборным баком, соединенным первой трубкой с кюветой и второй - с насосом, а кювета снабжена герметической крышкой с двум  отверсти ми дл  шланга и первой трубки, причем эта трубка снабжена цилиндрическим штоком с продольной выемкой и механизмом дл  его вертикального перемещени . A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the difficulty of controlling the process of supplying the liquid. The aim of the invention is to automate the process. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method, the overpressure in the sampler is created by reducing the pressure in the measuring cuvette, and the test liquid is sucked out from the measuring cuvette by lowering the cylindrical rod with a notch until the cavity of the measuring cuvette communicates with the notch with the external medium. Moreover, the device for implementing the proposed method is equipped with a pump and a collection tank connected to the first tube with a cuvette and the second to the pump, and the cuvette is equipped with a pressure-tight lid with two openings for the hose and the first tube, and this tube is equipped with a cylindrical rod with a longitudinal groove and mechanism for its vertical movement.
