Description

Изобретение относитс  к способам очистки сточных вод, содержащих аминооксопроиэводные S-триазина (меламин , аммелин, аммелид, циануровуго кислоту) и образующихс  в процессах производства меламина, циануровой кислоты и других производных триазина . Известен способ очистки сточных вод (маточных растворов) меламина, включающий добавление циануровой кислоты в нейтральной, слабощелочной или кислой среде и отделение выпавшего осадка цианурата меламина от раствора 1. Сточные воды, имеющие щелочнуюреакцию , подкисл ют дл  того, чтобы совместно с циануратом меламина в осадок выпали аммелид и аммелин, растворимые в щелочах. Наиболее близким-к предлагаемому по технической сущности и достигаемому результату  вл етс  способ очис ки сточных вод, содержащих аминоокс производные S-триаэина, согласно ко торому к сточным водам добавл ют циануровую кислоту,- подкисл ют их, пропуска  двуокись углерода,отдел ют полученный осадок смеси аммелина, аммелида и цианурата меламина .фильт рованием и подвергают раствор дальнейшей обработке дл  разрьтаени  оставшихс  в нем примесей 2. Отделенный осадок в дальнейшем используют дл  получени  циануровой кислоты путем гидролиза меламина, аммелина и аммелида в кислой среде. Дл  очистки по этому способу сточных вод, в которых преобладающим компонентом  вл етс  цианурова  кислота , можно добавл ть к ним меламин и выполн ть последующие операции точно так же. Недостатком этого способа  вл -. ютс  затруднени , возникающие при фильтрации раствора от осадка Ьмеси цианурата меламина, аглмелида и аммелина . Эти затруднени  вызваны мелкодисперсностью осадка, что приводит к неприменимости тканевых фильтров, которые очень быстро забиваютс  ос;1Дком и- тер ют фильтрующую способность. Использование зернистых фильтров с инертным сыпучим материалом (например , песком, кизельгуром и т.п.) приводит к образованию больших количеств отходов фильтрующего материала, загр зненного 1минооксотриазинами.
