Description

Изобретение относитс  к области автоматического регулировани  процессов сушки древесины. .Известно устройство дл  автоматического регулировани  режимов суш ки пиломатериалов, содержащее регул тор температуры и влажности, соединенный с измерителем текущей влажности , управл ющим подачей пара в калориферы и увлажнительные трубы Однако это устройство дл  автоматического регулировани  режимов сушки древесины не позвол ет получить высокое- качество- готового продукта, во-первых, ввиду неточности измерени  влажности пиломатериалов в процессе сушки, и, во-вторых, ввиду сложной структуры регул тора, который должен в процессе сушки измен ть свои динамические параметры по каналу измер емой влажности. Известно также устройство дл  ав томатического регулировани  режимов сушки пиломатериалов/ содержащее ре л тор температуры и влажности, соединенный с датчиком начальной влажности и исполнительными механизмами управл ющими подачей пара в калориферы и увлажнительные трубы 2. Ойнако данное устройство также не позвол ет получить высокое качество готового продукта, так как не учитывает динамических свойств объекта должным образом ввиду изменени  их в процессе сушки, а также ввиду недостоверного измерени  влажности пиломатериалов . Целью .предложени   вл етс  повышение качества сушки. Это достигаетс  тем, что устройство дополнительно содержит блок усреднени  и блок разнодти заданной и фактической скоростей изменени  текущей влажности, а измеритель текущей влажности выполнен в виде в часового и усадочного датчиков, соединенных между собой посредством блока усреднени , причем регул тор температуры и влажности имеет дополнительный вход, к которому подключен блок разности зад1анной и фактической скоростей изменени  текущей влажности. На чертеже представлена принципиальна  схема устройства. Устройство содержит регул тор 1 температуры и влажности, соединенный с измерителем 2 текущей и измерителем 3 начальной влажности древесины , ,а выходами - с исполнительнымиThis invention relates to the field of automatic control of wood drying processes.
