В основном авт.св. № 365397 описан сепаратор дл хлопка, содержащи; пневмопровод с восходаЕщвй и нисход щей ветв ми и участком сепарации , рециркул ционный кольцевой отросток и канал дл подсоса воздуха из атмосферы на рециркул цию, при этом канал подсоса воздуха расположен перед участком сепарации и пршыкает к пневмопроводу на его нисход п1еи ветви. Предложенный сепаратор, с цеЛью очистки хлопка от сорных примесей , снабкен очистителем, расположенным между участком сепарации и вентил тором. Очиститель выполнен в виде циклона. На чертеже изображен предлокен ный сепаратор. Он содерашт циклон I, расположенный между участком сепарации 2 и вентил тором 3, которые соединены с циклоном патрубками 4 и 5. Воздушный поток с сорными приме сшли после участка сепарации по патрубку 4 поступает в циклон и, освободившись от сорных npiiMeceH, по патрубку 5 через вентил тор нагаетаетс в эжектор, осуществл дальнейшую транспортировку уже очищенного хлопка-сырца. ПРЕДМЕТ ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ 1.Сепаратор дл хлопка по авт.св. № 365397, отличающийс тем, что, с целью очистки хлопка от сорных примесей, сепаратор снабжен очистителем, расположенным между участком свпарацил и вентил тором. 2.Сепаратор по п.I, о т л и чающийс тем, что очиститель представл ет собой циклон.1The invention relates to the textile industry.
