Description

The invention relates to a technique for the spraying of liquids and is intended primarily for the spraying of liquid fuels in power plants, power plants, gas turbine and rocket engines.

1.Known centrifugal nozzles comprising a housing, an insert with tangential channels, a twisting chamber, a nozzle, and a disk adjacent to the end of the insert from the tangential channels have a short service life due to the erosive wear of the surface of the insert by solid contaminants contained in the fuel, as well as insufficient quality of fuel atomization due to the lack of smoothness of the articulation of the working profiles of the tangential channels, the twisting chamber and the nozzle nozzle 1.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life and quality of the atomization of the liquid.

Дл  зтого в предлагаемой форсунке вкладыш с тангенциальными каналами, камерой закручивани  и соплом выполнен из прессованной металлокерамики .For the proposed nozzle, the insert with tangential channels, a twisting chamber and a nozzle is made of pressed cermet.

FIG. 1 shows the proposed nozzle, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same, view in plan with a disk.

The nozzle includes a housing 1 in which a liner 3 having tangential channels 4, a tightening chamber 5, a nozzle 6 and a disk 7 adjoining the end of the liner 3 on the side of the tangential channels 4 are secured by means of a cap nut 2. The tangential channels 4 can be made tapering along flow rate, which further improves the quality of atomization. Inserts 3 and disc 7 are made of pressed cermet that provides the necessary accuracy of their size, cleanliness of the inner surface and smoothness of their interconnection.

Высока  твердость металлокерамики определ ет износоустойчивость рабочих поверхностей форсунки, обеспечивает стабильность качества распыливани  и расходных характеристик форсунки .The high hardness of the cermet determines the wear resistance of the working surfaces of the nozzle, ensures the stability of the quality of atomization and the flow characteristics of the nozzle.

The use of this invention improves the fuel economy and the reliability of fuel-burning devices.
