Однобарабанное планочное трепало 12 расположено эксцентрично в кожухе 11, снабженном двум диаметрально противоположными прорезами, вдоль которых стебли перемещаютс помощью соответствующих транспортирующих приспособлений. Рассто ние между траекторией планок трепала и кожухом, счита по направлению вращени трепала , постепенно убывает от питательного стола 1 к прорезу 15. Вдоль прорезов 13 и 15 к кожуху прикреплены заламывающие бруски дл стеблей, а у прореза 13, кроме того, снаружи кожуха шарнирно укреплен переставной козырек 13, позвол ющий осуществить ввод стеблей под удары планок трепала под желаемым углом, величина которого находитс в св зи с упругими свойствами стеблей и подбираетс на основании опыта такой, чтобы от ударов планок стебли приходили при взаимодействии с заламывающим брусом у прореза 13 в состо ние интенсивной вибрации дл надлома и обескостривани стеблей.
