Description

The invention relates to the design of guns, used for laying cement-sand mixture in the manufacture of waterproofing and plastering in construction.

Known gunning machines, including the boot device, feeder-dispenser with drive, hose for feeding the dry mixture and water, and the nozzle. However, the known gunning machines do not allow the cement-sand mixture to be activated. At the same time, as studies have shown, the activation of the cement-sand mixture significantly improves the physicomechanical characteristics of the shotcrete solution.

The proposed gunning apparatus eliminates this drawback and differs from the known ones in that the hose for dry cement-sand mixture to run is made with jet activators sequentially installed between the feeder-dispenser and the nozzle.

The shotcrete apparatus includes a charging unit 1, a feeder-dispenser 2 with a drive 3, a material 4-piece water 5 hoses, a jet activator 6, and a nozzle 7. With a considerable length of hose 4, several activators 6 can be installed in it.

The dry cement-sand mixture is fed through a loading device / to the feeder 2, where it is picked up by a jet of compressed air and directed to the jet activator 6. In the activator, the air flow with sand and cement particles suspended in it is divided into two or

several jets, then fed in opposite directions to the material hose 4. The latter delivers the activated mixture to the nozzle, where the mass is moistened.

The use of the proposed gun design allows, along with a more efficient activation of the cement-sand mixture, to reject the pre-blasting of cement and part of the sand in ball gravity or vibratory mills.
