Known rotary car dumpers, consisting of a rotor with drive drums, thrust beams and an outer casing with hermetic end doors.

However, the known car dumpers are not equipped with devices for protecting the environment and working areas from penetration of dust released during unloading, the content of which in the air may exceed the normally allowed.

The purpose of the invention is to isolate the discharge zone from the environment and working areas, to create normal conditions for staff.

This is achieved by the fact that the casing of the car dumper is made in the form of obshchivki, covering the outer perimeter of the rotor and the opening with a thrust beam and a tailgate along the meter, as well as the ends of the outer driving drums above the thrust beams and between the beams outside the dimensions of the car body.
