Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к механической обработк зубчатых колес. Известны способы обработки зубьев цилиндрических колес инструментом с пр молинейными режущими кромками, перпендикул рными оси его вращени . Недостатком этих способов  вл етс  периодическое деление на зуб, не позвол ющее достигнуть высокой точности и производительности обработки . Цель изобретени  - устранить указанные недостатки . Дл  этого колесо привод т в непрерывное вращательное движение, а инструмент - в периодическое возвратно-поступательное движение вдоль собственной оси, которую устанавливают параллель но линии зацеплени  колеса. Способ по сн етс  чертежом. Заготовка 1 устанавливаетс  на столе зубофрезерного станка и приводитс  в непрерывное вращение . Дискова  фреза 2, вращаема  от индивидуального привода 3, вводитс  во впадину обрабатьшаемого зуба, перемещаетс  с посто нной скорос тью вдоль линии зацеплени  4, выводитс  из впадины зуба и возвращаетс  в исходное положение. Начинаетс  обработка следующего зуба.
