Description

All textile finishing factories in the textile industry in the bleaching departments of npoMiJBKa fabrics are produced on Klapo harnescent washing machines of English design.

The machine consists of two frames on which wooden shafts with a length of 2440 mm and more with friction transmission lie. Under the machine there is a wooden barque with a wooden roller and a wooden comb and beech teeth for guiding the rope. The fabric in two tows goes through the rings under the roller into the boat, and then, eight turns, each rope comes out of the car.

The present device differs from already known machines in that the squeezing shafts are significantly shortened.

FIG. 1 shows a cross-section of the machine; in fig. 2 is a longitudinal section of it.

The machine consists of two cast iron frames 1 (Fig. 1 and 2), on which lie two wooden shafts 5 with a transmission, a BLANK and working pulleys. Under the machine there is a concrete tank 2

with two rollers 3 and a wooden inclined wall 4, not an income w, it is up to the bottom of the tank. The product enters the car in two tows through the rings under the lower roller 3, then goes to the second roller and after eight turns passes through the squeezing shafts 5 and leaves the car.

Water enters through the perforated tube 6 evenly along the entire length of the tank, as well as part of it and for the weekend two tows and then, due to the presence of its partition walls 4, goes down, fits under it, rises up and drains into the ditch (Fig. 1).

The subject matter of the invention.

A harness-washing machine, provided with a cloth spreading under the liquid level and squeezing shafts, is characterized in that the squeezing shafts 5 are made short (with a length less than the width of the machine) and are intended only for squeezing the cloths coming out of the car (Fig. 1 and 2).
