Description
Изобретение относитс к металлургии и может быть использовано дл обезмеживани оловосодержащих конвертерных шлаков медеплавильного производства .The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for the mixing of tin-containing converter slags of a copper smelter.
Цель изобретени - повышение извлечени меди в черновую медь,производительности и снижение энергозатрат .The purpose of the invention is to increase the recovery of copper into blister copper, the productivity and reduction of energy consumption.
1.In the experiments used the mixture, the composition of which is given in table.1.
All of the above compositions were melted in crucibles in a resistance furnace at 1350-1400 ° C. Melting was carried out for 4 hours from the moment of installation of the crucible with charge into the furnace, then cooled, the crucible was broken, the metal part was separated from the slag and analyzed.
For the tests, tin-containing converter slag of the following composition was used, wt%: copper 3.1.43; zinc 7.23; tin 7.46; lead 6.81; silica 13.87; iron 12.10; oxygen and other - up to 100%, iron-containing copper scrap, containing 9.0% copper and 91.0% iron.
2.The test results are shown in table 2.
The use of the proposed mixture in comparison with the prototype provides the following advantages: increases the productivity of the bleaching process by reducing the duration of the operation by two or more times; specific power consumption is reduced by 1 ton of de-mixed shlaSE

87-89%.ka from 452 to 352-380 kWh; extraction of copper into blister copper increases from 70.3 to 87-89%.
Кроме того, при низком содержании меди во вторичном шлаке (3-5%) создаютс реальные услови дл достижени высоких показателей извлечени цинка, свинца и олова при переработке их методом фьюминговани .In addition, with a low copper content in the secondary slag (3-5%), real conditions are created to achieve high rates of zinc, lead and tin recovery when they are processed by the method of fuming.
