Abstract
8%.The invention relates to surgery. The goal is to reduce treatment time and reduce lethality, for which, when intracorporeal irradiation with UV light of the body fluid, an additional continuous local dilution of the body's natural fluid medium at the distal end of the light guide with an optically transparent fluid is performed. At the same time, drugs that are additionally sterilized when exposed to UV light are used as the diluting liquid. This reduces the duration of treatment by 2-8 days and reduces mortality by 8%.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery for transfusion, and can be used in the treatment of purulent-septic, cardiovascular and other diseases in which UV-radiation of blood, lymph or other body fluids has a positive effect.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment and reduce mortality.
The method is carried out as follows.
Optically transparent liquid is fed into the cavity between the fiber and the wall of the catheter. When exiting the catheter, it washes the distal end of the fiber, locally dilutes the body's natural environment and is irradiated with a stream of UV light.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. Patient, 57 years old, diagnosed with purulent meningitis. Despite the ongoing comprehensive intensive therapy, including extracorporeal UV irradiation of autologous blood, the patient's condition remained extremely heavy without noticeable positive dynamics. The intracorporeal irradiation of blood with UV light with simultaneous introduction of saline a catheter into the irradiation zone for 30 minutes at a speed of 30 drops in 1 minute caused a positive dynamics of the course of the disease, as a result, after 3 days the patient was transferred to a professional Flax separation in the compensated state.
8%.The proposed method reduces the treatment time by 2 to 3 days, and the mortality rate is reduced by 8%.
