Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горной промети и предназначено дл породоразрушаю- щих инструментов дл бурени скважин. Цель - повышение износостойкости коронки . Она содержит короночное кольцо 1 с закрепленными на нем приварочным слоем 2 и матрицей 3, разделенной промывочными пазами на сектора, в которых размещены вставки 5 сверхтвердого материала. Вставки расположены на внутренней и наружной поверхност х сектора с выходом на рабочий торец коронки. Прочность алмазов во вставках 5 выше прочности алмазов матрицы. Концентраци алмазов во вставках 5 в 1,2: 1,25 или 1,5 раза выше концентрации алмазов матрицы. Вставки 5 работают как инден- тор, т. е. внедр ютс в горную породу прежде основной массы алмазов матрицы, и воспринимают на себ боьшую долю нагрузки . Это сопровождаетс повышением механической скорости бурени и стойкости буровой коронки. 3 ил.The invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for rock cutting tools for drilling wells. The goal is to increase the wear resistance of the crown. It contains a corona ring 1 with a welding layer 2 fixed on it and a matrix 3 divided by washing slots into sectors in which the inserts 5 of superhard material are placed. The inserts are located on the inner and outer surfaces of the sector with access to the working end of the crown. The strength of diamonds in the inserts 5 is higher than the strength of the diamond matrix. The concentration of diamonds in inserts 5 is 1.2: 1.25 or 1.5 times higher than the concentration of the diamond matrix. Inserts 5 work as an indenter, i.e., they are introduced into the rock before the bulk of the diamond matrix, and take on a larger share of the load. This is accompanied by an increase in the mechanical drilling speed and durability of the drill bit. 3 il.
