Цель изобретени - снижение динамических нагрузок путем повьшгени плавности сра- батьшани за счет увеличени пути трени дисков. Выполнение рабочего вала 3 в виде пустотелого несамотормоз щегос черв ка 12, соединенного с приводным рычагом 4 посредством черв чного сектора 15, позвол ет пре образовать незначительный угол поворота рычага 4 в несколько оборотов рабочего вала 3.
