Устройство состоит из пневматического (или другого типа) вибратора 1 и жестко св занного с ним корпуса 2, в который периодически или непрерывно через загрузочный люк 3 загружают пластмассовые детали 4 с облоем. Корпус 2, а вместе с ним и детали 4 подвергат ютс  вибрации в вертикальной плоскости, в результате чего происходит интенсивное сн тие обло . С целью ориентации направлени  движени  деталей 4 к выходному отверстию 5, а также дл  создани  возможности регулировани  времени, необходимого дл  обработки деталей, корпус 2 выполнен в виде спиралеобразной камеры. Регулировку времени прохождени  деталей 4 но сниралеобразной камрре осуществл ют при помощи регулируемого потока воздуха (газа). направленного в камеру навстречу движению деталей (при необходимости замедлени  движени ) или по движению деталей (при небходимости ускорени  движени ), при этом сжатый воздух одновременно очищает камеру и детали от пыли и сн того обло , выдува  их через решетчатое днище 6 и люк 7. Непрерывное удаление отходов при сн тии обло  и применение полиэтиленовых или капроновых щеток на верхней и нижней стенках камеры значительно улучшает качество обрабатываемых деталей, предотвраща  нарушение декоративной поверхности , кроме того, применение щеток ускор ет процесс сн ти  обло , особенно у деталей с внутренним облоем.The device consists of a pneumatic (or other type) vibrator 1 and a body 2 rigidly connected to it, into which plastics 4 are loaded periodically or continuously through a loading port 3.
