Description

Methods are known for oscillographic determination of the law of the distribution of the temporal position of pulses, based on the use of a cumulative pulse count. A disadvantage of the known methods is that they do not allow to determine the temporal position of each pulse of the pulse sequence being studied and do not allow to obtain the differential law of the distribution of the temporal position of the pulses.

In the proposed method, these disadvantages are eliminated by the fact that the gating of the pulses of the pulse sequence under investigation is applied by pulses whose duration varies in proportion to the horizontal scanning voltage of the cathode ray tube, the gated pulses are normalized, calculated using the cumulative counter, and the voltage proportional to the specified number of the studied pulses are used to deflect the beam of the tube in the vertical direction. To obtain the differential law of the distribution of the temporal position of the pulses, gating pulses of constant duration are used, whose leading edge position is changed synchronously with the change in the horizontal scanning voltage of the cathode-ray tube beam.

Дл  осуществлени  известных способов осциллографического определени  закона распределени  временного положени  импульсов известны устройства, содержащие, например, электронно-лучевую трубку, и емкостной накопительный счетчик импульсов с блоком сброса его показаний .To implement the known methods of oscillographic determination of the law of the distribution of the temporal position of pulses, devices are known that contain, for example, a cathode ray tube, and a capacitive storage pulse counter with a unit for resetting its readings.

The described device differs from the known ones in that it uses a cascade of matches, the input of which is connected to the sources.
