Description

There are ways to protect metal products from gas corrosion by applying a layer of white enamel on their surface.

Срок службы этих деталей увеличиваетс .The peculiarity of the described invention lies in its use as a protection against gas corrosion of white titanium enamel for gas stackers and panels of reflectors of jet airplanes operating at high temperature and high gas velocity. The service life of these parts increases.

Дл  изготовлени  эмали берут (в кг):Bela-titanium enamel for the protection of glazing units and reflectors is prepared at enamel plants by known technological processes from chemicals corresponding to its composition. For the manufacture of enamel take (in kg):

The protected surfaces of the gas stackers and reflector panels are subjected to sandblasting, washing with water and the substance in air, after which an enamel slip is applied to the prepared surfaces of these products using a spray gun. Then the products are made in air and in cracks at a temperature of 60-80 ° for 15-20 minutes. After crushing the product is calcined in a furnace at a temperature of 800-820 ° for 2-3 minutes, followed by cooling in air. The thickness of the enamel coating should be in the range of 40-60 microns, since at this thickness the coating has a strong adhesion to the metal.
