Способ приготовления катализатора для гидроочистки бензинов путем двустадийной обработки алюминийсодержащего носителя растворами активных компонентов - молибдата аммония и соединения металла VIII группы подгруппы железа - с введением на I стадии 60 - 80 отн.% активных компонентов, на II стадии 20 - 40 отн.% и при использовании в качестве соединения металла VIII группы на первой стадии нитрата металла, а на второй - его амминокомплекса с сушкой и прокаливанием после каждой стадии, отличающийся тем, что, с целью получения катализатора с повышенной активностью в качестве металла VIII группы используют никель и на второй стадии используют аммиачный раствор амминокомплекса никеля.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для приготовления аммиачных растворов амминокомплексов никеля используют растворы аммиака концентрацией 3 - 12 мас.%.1.
