Описываемый аппарат дл коагул ции крови убойных животных отличаетс от известного тем, что в горловине загрузочного бункера установлен вращающийс затвор, обеспечивающий равномерную подачу крови. Затвор выполнен из монтированных вдоль вала лопастей, на концах которых имеютс скребки, служащие дл очистки горловины бункера от поступающей крови. Под бункером в торцовой части корпуса аппарата установлен патрубок с распылителем дл пара.
