После обследовани больного, санаций полости рта и удалени травматических раздражителей (зубной камен нависающие кра пломб) приступают к лечению. Дл этого больному парадонтозом накладывают на слизистую поверхность десен (у больных с начал ной и первой степенью заболевани ) или ввод т в патологические зубодесневые карманы (больным с первой второй степенью заболевани ) лечебны пасты, например танин-галаскорбиннорсульфазолова паста, метацилова паста или другие. Область десен с наложенной пастой обкладывают ватными валиками дл изол ции слюны. Сразу же после этого больной закрывает рот и ему на кожу лица в области проекции каждой жевательной мышцы накладывают смоченные в теплой водопроводной воде электроды. Площадь каждого электрода должна быть 61 см, а рассто ние между ними 2Д см (в зависимости от индивидуальных анатомических особенностей больных ) . Электроды фиксируют при помощи эластичных бинтон или по сов. Затем в течение 10-15 мин электростимулируют жевательные М1.1шцы стимулами с частотой следовани 40-150 Гц. Стимулы должны быть сгруппированы в пачки длителгьностью 1-2 сек, скважностью 1. По предложенному способу проведено лечение 32 больных пародонтозом начальной, первой и второй степеней . Предложенный способ позвол ет п короткие сроки 3-6 дн. достичь клинического улучшени , которое сохран етс длительный период (до 18 мес.), в то врем как при известном способе клинический эффект достигаетс через 20-30 дней.After examining the patient, sanitizing the oral cavity and removing traumatic stimuli (dental stone overhanging fillings), proceed to treatment.
