This invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery and vascular surgery.

There is a method of joining blood vessels with sutures from p.

Недостатками способа  вл ютс  болша  длительность операции, а также недостаточно прочное соединение сосудов , что приводит к послеоперацион ным кровотечени м в области анастомоза .The disadvantages of the method are the long duration of the operation, as well as the insufficiently strong connection of the vessels, which leads to postoperative bleeding in the anastomosis area.

There is also known a method of joining biological tissues using a focused laser beam t23. However, this method is characterized by a considerable duration of operation.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the duration of the operation and increase the strength of the anastomosis.

The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of connecting vessels with a focused argon laser beam, the connection is made by a single pulsed radiation with a duration of 0.1 s at a power of 0.6 + 0.1 W.

The method is carried out as follows.

The exposed ends of the vessels are clamped with clips to stop bleeding from them, compared and joined with four conventional sutures located 90 ° around the perimeter of the joint. A light guide from a laser radiation source is irradiated, each time, the perimeter of stitched vessels, by single pulses with a duration of 0.1 s and a radiation power of 0.6 + 0.1 W

Example: Ill K, 54 g. Received due to stenosis of the left internal carotid artery. The operation was carried out: creation of an extra-intracranial microanastomosis (shunt) between the superficial temporal artery and the cortical branch of the middle cerebral artery. After removing the clamps from the blood vessels, no bleeding was found in the anastomosis area, the latter functioning normally. The duration of the operation on the vessel is 15 minutes, instead of the usual 40-45 minutes. The postoperative period without complications. The patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition.

The proposed method allows to reduce the duration of the intervention and increase the strength of the anastomosis.
