Abstract
METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF POLYOXYALKYLENE POLYOLS The invention relates to a two-stage method for the preparation of polyoxyalkylene polyols having low equivalent molar masses, said method requiring no reprocessing. The invention is characterized in that, in the first stage, a polyoxyalkylene polyol precursor is provided, which contains the salts of a strong Brønsted acid, and in that, in a second stage, said polyoxyalkylene polyol precursor is further reacted with alkylene oxides under DMC catalysis.
