Abstract
The invention concerns a motor-driven vehicle with central articulation and at least one front controllable wheel pair forward of the centre, at least the rear car having a bogie unit with drive axle 22, differential 21 and two bogies 2i, 2o, between the differential and each bogie a driven bogie axle 20i, 20y, and in each bogie two wheels 5i, 6i, 5o, 6o driven by the bogie axle at the same speed of rotation via a mechanical transmission 24 in a bogie frame 23 which can turn relative to a coach frame around the centre of the bogie axle. One of the wheel pairs in the bogie unit, i.e. one wheel in each bogie, can be controlled, but not the other wheel, and means 10, 13, 15, 16 are provided which, in proportion to the actual angle of rotation of the control link at the centre, displace the wheels in each bogie which are located furthest away from the link 19, so that they have essentially the same turning radii Ri, Ry as those wheels on the same side of the vehicle which are nearest the link. <IMAGE>
