Abstract

At its upper edge, the wire basket has an enclosure frame (5) and wire bars (6) attached thereto. Furthermore, there are two angled handles made of plastic with an L-shaped groove (3). At least two of the wire bars (6) project beyond the enclosure frame (5) and at their upper ends hold an axle bar (4) which runs along said frame and whose ends engage in the grooves (3). The handles can be adjusted so that the ends of the axle bar engage either in the one or the other limb of the L-shaped grooves (3) and the one handle limb dependently projects horizontally towards the exterior or the interior of the basket, and the baskets can be stacked one above the other or nested one inside the other. <IMAGE>
