Claims (5)
1. Förfarande (300) för att fastställa korrekt funktion hos en ventil i ett gastanksystem, varvid gastanksystemet (225) innefattar ett flertal gastank- och ventilanordningar (215a, 215b,. ..), varvid varje gastank- och ventilanordning (215a, 215b, ...) innefattar en gastank (210a-210d) och minst en ventil (220a, 221a; 220b, ...) som anordnats i en passage (260a, 260b, ) nedströms om nämnda gastank (210a-210d), varvid förfarandet (300) innefattar följande steg: a) öppnande av ventilerna i passagerna i en första uppsättning av gastank- ochventilanordningar, varvid nämnda första uppsättning har tagits från flertalet avgastank- och ventilanordningar (215a, 215b, ...) och varvid den förstauppsättningen innefattar minst två gastank- och ventilanordningar;fastställande av ett första tryckvärde (pl) vid en gastransportanordningnedströms om alla nämnda ventiler, vilka har öppnats; stängning av passagen i alla gastank- och ventilanordningar (215a, 215b, ...)genom stängning av minst en ventil i varje sådan passage, förutom för engastank- och ventilanordning, för vilken nämnda minst enda ventil i passagen igastank- och ventilanordningen inte stängs, varvid nämnda en gastank- ochventilanordning innefattas i nämnda första uppsättning; väntan under en förbestämd tidsperiod, och/eller tillåta en förbestämd mängdgas från gastanksystemet passera platsen där nämnda första tryck fastställdes;fastställande av ett andra tryckvärde vid nämnda gastransportanordningnedströms om gastank- och ventilanordningen, vars ventil/ventiler inte stängdesi steg c); och fastställande av om nämnda minst enda ventil som inte stängdes i steg c) fungerar korrekt, på bas av nämnda första och andra fastställda tryckvärde.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, vari nämnda fastställande av om nämnda minst enda ventil som inte stängdes i steg c) fungerar korrekt baseras på om nämnda andra fastställda tryckvärde avviker med mer än ett förbestämt tröskelvärde från nämnda första fastställda tryckvärde (p1). 29 Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vari stegen a)-f) upprepas, och varigastank- och ventilanordningen med den ej stängda passagen i steg c) ändras vid varjeupprepning av genomgången av stegen a)-f). Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vari nämnda första uppsättning avgastank- och ventilanordningar motsvarar alla gastank- och ventilanordningar (215a,215b, ...) i gastanksystemet (225). Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vidare innefattande följande steg: g) fastställande av om en uppsättning förbestämda villkor är uppfylld, och varvid stegen a)-f) endast utförs när nämnda uppsättning av förbestämda villkor äruppfylld. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5, vari steg g) genomförs intermittent eller kontinuerligt,och varvid förfarandet avbryts om det i steg g) fastställs att uppsättningen avförbestämda villkor inte är uppfylld. Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vidare innefattande steget att till enoperatör eller en servicetekniker för gastanksystemet indikera den ventil eller ventilersom har fastställts inte fungera korrekt i steg f). Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vilket används för att fastställakorrekt funktion hos en ventil i ett gastanksystem (225) i ett fordon (100). System för att fastställa korrekt funktion hos en ventil i ett gastanksystem (225), varvidgastanksystemet (225) innefattar ett flertal gastank- och ventilanordningar (215a, 215b,...), varvid varje gastank- och ventilanordning (215a, 215b, ...) innefattar en gastank(210a-210d) och minst en ventil (220a, 221a; 220b, ...) som anordnats i en passage (260a,260b, ...) nedströms om nämnda gastank (210a-210d), varvid systemet innefattar: - medel (200) för öppnande av ventilerna i passagerna i en första uppsättning avgastank- och ventilanordningar, varvid nämnda första uppsättning har tagits frånflertalet av gastank- och ventilanordningar (215a, 215b, ...) och varvid den förstauppsättningen innefattar minst två gastank- och ventilanordningar; - medel (200, 240) för fastställande av ett första tryckvärde (p1) vid engastransportanordning nedströms om alla nämnda ventiler, vilka har öppnats; - medel (200) för stängning av passagen i alla gastank- och ventilanordningar(215a, 215b, ...) genom stängning av minst en ventil i varje sådan passage, förutom för en gastank- och ventilanordning, för vilken nämnda minst enda ventil 10. 11. 12. 1

5. i passagen i gastank- och ventilanordningen inte stängs, varvid nämnda engastank- och ventilanordning innefattas i nämnda första uppsättning; - medel (200) för att fastställa att en förbestämd tidsperiod har gått, och/ellermedel för att fastställa att en förbestämd mängd gas från gastanksystemet harpasserat platsen där nämnda första tryck fastställdes; - medel (200, 240) för fastställande av ett andra tryckvärde vid nämndagastransportanordning nedströms om gastank- och ventilanordningen, varsventil/ventiler inte stängdes; och - medel (200) förfastställande av om nämnda minst enda ventil som inte stängdesfungerar korrekt, på bas av nämnda första och andra fastställda tryckvärde. System enligt patentkrav 9, vidare innefattande medel (200) för att fastställa om enuppsättning förbestämda villkor har uppfyllts. System enligt något av patentkraven 9-10, vidare innefattande medel (280) för att tillen operatör eller servicetekniker för gastanksystemet indikera den ventil eller ventilersom har fastställts inte fungera korrets. Gastanksystem, innefattande systemet enligt något av patentkraven 9-11. Fordon (100) innefattande systemet och/eller gastanksystemet enligt något avpatentkraven 9-12. Datorprogram (P) för att fastställa korrekt funktion hos en ventil i ett gastanksystem,varvid gastanksystemet innefattar ett flertal gastank- och ventilanordninga r, varvid varjegastank- och ventilanordning innefattar en gastank och minst en ventil som anordnats ien passage nedströms om nämnda gastank, varvid nämnda datorprogram (P) innefattarprogramkod för att orsaka att en elektronisk styrenhet (200; 500) eller en dator (205;500) ansluten till den elektroniska styrenheten (200; 500) utför stegen enligt något avpatentkraven 1-8. Datorprogramprodukt innefattande en programkod som lagrats på ett datorläsbartmedium, för utförande av förfarandesteg enligt något av patentkraven 1-8, när nämndadatorprogram körs på en elektronisk styrenhet (200; 500) eller på en dator (205; 500) ansluten till den elektroniska styrenheten (200; 500).
