Abstract

[Also in Division G3] A steam heated oven 10 is supplied with steam through a pipe 11 and a valve 15 which is controlled in response to the temperature in the oven. Compressed air is supplied through a pipe 14 and reducing valve 19 to a T-junction 20 from which the air acts on the motor of valve 15, the pressure being controlled by a valve 23 in response to a thermostat 25. The steam flows through a conduit 16 to spray 17. The compressed air supply also passes through conduit 26 and injector 27 to conduit 16 and induces circulation of the steam through the oven 10. The oven is provided with a condensate drain valve 29 and pressure relief valve.
