1. Полиольная композиция, отличающаяся тем, что содержит: (a) 80-99,5 мас. ч. полимерного полиола, содержащего основной полиол, имеющий молекулярную массу в пределах от 2500 до 6500, среднюю номинальную функциональность Fn не менее 2,0 и первичное гидроксильное содержание не менее 40% и стабильно диспергированный в нем полимер, и до общей массы 100 мас.ч., (b) 0,5-20 мас.ч. гидрофильного полиола, имеющего молекулярную массу в пределах от 2000 до 5500, содержание этиленоксида не менее 40 мас.% и первичное гидроксильное содержание не менее 50%.1.
