Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новому таксану имеющему структурную формулу /I/, который можно выделить из коры корней растений рода Taxus. Соединение /I/ обладает большей противоопухолевой активностью, чем таксол. Кроме того, в отличие от таксола, соединение /I/ активно против опухолевых клеток, устойчивых к адриамицину, и в качестве лекарственного средства против лейкоза.

Claims (1)

  1. Настоящее изобретение относится к новому таксану имеющему структурную формулу /I/, который можно выделить из коры корней растений рода Taxus. Соединение /I/ обладает большей противоопухолевой активностью, чем таксол. Кроме того, в отличие от таксола, соединение /I/ активно против опухолевых клеток, устойчивых к адриамицину, и в качестве лекарственного средства против лейкоза.
