Abstract

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: poppet check valve is installed on lower end of casing string run into well. Poppet check valve opens under the action of force from top to bottom. Prior to injection of grouting mortar into annular space, washover pipe string and pipe string-casing annular filled with fluid and back pressure is built up, after which, washover pipe string is lowered down to open spring-loaded poppet check valve, and grouting mortar is injected to casing string-borehole annulus, and the value of back pressure is regulated on the flow line of washover pipe string at wellhead, and quality of grouting mortar is controlled. Injection of grouting mortar to casing string-borehole annulus is determined by appearance from flow line of washover pipe string at wellhead of grouting mortar of the required composition. EFFECT: reduced time and material expenditures and means for casing cementation in well and higher quality of cementation under any mining and geological conditions injection of grouting mortar of any density at any velocity and pressure and reaching of casing shoe with grouting mortar of the required properties with full exclusion of its getting into casing string.

Цель: сокращение времени, материальных затрат и средств на цементирование обсадной колонны (ОК) в скважине (С), повышение качества цементирования в любых горно-геологических условиях, обеспечивая закачку тампонажного раствора (ТР) любой плотности, на любой скорости и при любом давлении и достижение башмака обсадной колонны ТР с требуемыми свойствами при полном исключении его проникновения внутрь ОК. Сущность: на нижний конец ОК, опускаемой в С, устанавливают подпружиненный обратный клапан (ПОК) тарельчатого типа, открываемый от воздействия усилия сверху вниз, перед закачкой ТР в затрубье колонну промывочных труб (КПТ) и межтрубное пространство (МП) в ОК заполняют жидкостью и создают противодавление, после чего КПТ опускают вниз, открывая ИСК, и ведут закачку ТР в затрубье, а на выкидной линии КПТ на устье скважины производят регулирование величины противодавления и ведут контроль за качеством ТР. Окончание закачки ТР в затрубье устанавливают по появлению из выкидной линии КПТ на устье скважины ТР требуемого состава.The invention relates to the field of mining.
