Abstract

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process of sampling and determination of some residue of fouling in vessels includes following stages: pumping of compressed air into specified vessels to force out at least portion of their contents, extraction of sample of content of vessel by suction with the aid of exhaust pump and analysis of sample extracted from vessel to determine presence or absence of some residue in it. Compressed air is pumped into vessel through nozzle to drive out portion of content of vessel and to form cloud of sample outside of vessel in hole. Then cloud of sample is partially extracted by means of exhaust pump by suction and sample is analyzed for presence of foulings, for instance nitrogen-carrying compounds or hydrocarbons. According to one variant of implementation of process approximately 90% of sample extracted with the use if exhaust pump from analyzer is re-cycled into injector. There is wide range of potential foulings that can be detected if bottles for drinks are kept open before test to given volatile substances of drinks sufficient time to diffuse. EFFECT: improved authenticity of process.

Claims (1)
