Abstract
Синтетические пептиды, содержащие аминокислотную последовательность, соответствующую, по крайней мере, одной антигенной детерминанте, по крайней мере, одного протеина, обычно структурного протеина, особенно Е1, Е2 или С протеина, вируса краснухи (RV) используют как они есть в гибридном или химерическом тандеме в Т-В форме, в модифицированной липидной форме, связанные с молекулой носителя и/или полимеризованные до получения молекулярных агрегатов, в вакцинах против вируса краснухи. Аналогичные пептиды, которые являются детерминантами Т-клеток человека, используют для лечения связанных с краснухой автоиммунных заболеваний.
Claims (1)
- Синтетические пептиды, содержащие аминокислотную последовательность, соответствующую, по крайней мере, одной антигенной детерминанте, по крайней мере, одного протеина, обычно структурного протеина, особенно Е1, Е2 или С протеина, вируса краснухи (RV) используют как они есть в гибридном или химерическом тандеме в Т-В форме, в модифицированной липидной форме, связанные с молекулой носителя и/или полимеризованные до получения молекулярных агрегатов, в вакцинах против вируса краснухи. Аналогичные пептиды, которые являются детерминантами Т-клеток человека, используют для лечения связанных с краснухой автоиммунных заболеваний.
