Claims (1)

Донная стенка каждого из фиксирующих канавок расположена между двумя взаимно скошенными боковыми стенками, благодаря чему обеспечивается надежная фиксация каждого из выступов, выполненных на внутренней оболочке, в соответствующей фиксирующей канавке. Надежная фиксация выступов в канавках обеспечивается также тем, что форма поперечного сечения выступа соответствует форме поперечного сечения взаимодействующей с этим выступом фиксирующей канавки. В тех случаях практического применения, когда внутренняя оболочка сосуда высокого давления изготовлена из компонента, полученного пневмоформированием, т. е. формованием раздувом, к опорному фланцу крепится крепежный элемент сопряжения из материала, полученного литьевым формованием. Положение этого крепежного элемента сопряжения точно предопределяет место, где внутренняя оболочка будет прикреплена сваркой к наружной оболочке (корпусу) сосуда.A sealing stiffening element is placed in a central hole made in a high-pressure vessel consisting of an outer shell made of a winding fibrous composite material and an inner shell of a non-metallic material. The bottom wall of each of the locking grooves is located between two mutually beveled side walls, thereby ensuring reliable fixation of each of the protrusions made on the inner shell, in the corresponding locking groove. Reliable fixation of the protrusions in the grooves is also ensured by the fact that the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the anchoring groove interacting with this protrusion. In those cases of practical use, when the inner shell of a high-pressure vessel is made of a component obtained by pneumoforming, i.e. blow molding, a coupling fastener of injection molded material is attached to the support flange. The position of this mating fastener precisely predetermines the place where the inner shell will be attached by welding to the outer shell (casing) of the vessel.
