Description

 The invention relates to bags, converted into other household items, in particular folders, small suitcases, cases, and serves to evacuate their owners from high-rise buildings.

 A known bag with a device for evacuation, consisting of a main panel on which gas mask elements are fixed for evacuation from a smoky building.

 Such a bag is useless if it is necessary to quickly evacuate its owner from a tall building.

 When creating the invention, the task was to create a bag with an expanded functional purpose by combining the bag with a device for quick and safety evacuation of a person and his personal belongings (documents) from a high-rise building. The task is solved by using a bag with an evacuation device containing a main panel, according to the invention it further comprises a front panel connected to the main panel, the main panel is made with a rigid frame and a braking device installed on it, through which a thread with a fastening lock, while the outer side of the main panel is made with a removable cover, and between the main panel and the cover there is a bandage fixed to them in the form of tapes.

 The outer side of the main panel of the bag is made with a lid in order to create a compartment between the panel and the lid for placing the bandage in the folded position, i.e., to combine the supporting element of the evacuation device with the part of the bag.

 The cover is removable for quick layout of the bandage when removing the latter from the compartment for its placement.

 The bandage is made in the form of tapes and is located between the main panel and the cover with fastening on them in order to use the latter as rigid elements that allow you to quickly put on and center the bandage on the chest and back of the evacuated person.

 In the cavity of the main panel of the bag there is a thread for transporting the evacuated person from the upper floors of the building.

 The main panel is made with a rigid frame to ensure the strength of the panel under the arising load.

 The thread is passed through a braking device to ensure the descent speed necessary for the safety of landing.

 A braking device mounted on a rigid frame of the main panel performs the function of a guide for the thread when it leaves the cavity, which eliminates the possibility of thread injuries to a person during descent.

 The thread is made with a fastening lock in order to fix its end on any stationary object located in the room from which the evacuation takes place.

 The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a diagram of a bag with a deployed device for evacuation.

 The bag (handles for transportation are not shown) contains interconnected main panel 1 with a cavity 2 and a front panel 3. Between panels 1 and 3 there is a compartment for accommodating objects of transportation 4. The outer side 5 of the main panel 1 is made with a removable lid 6 with a handle 7. Between the main panel 1 and the cover 6 there is a bandage fixed on them in the form of a shoulder 8, side 9 and fixed only on the cover 6 of picking up 10 tapes. Side 9 tapes are connected to the outer side 5 of the main panel 1 by means of clamps 11, which allow you to adjust the length of the tapes 9 in one direction. The pick-up tape 10 is made with a clip 12, the housing of which can be fixed in the lock 13 mounted on the outer side 5 of the main panel 1. The length of the pick-up tape 10 is regulated by the clip 12 in one direction. Alternatively, items 10, 12, and 13 may not be present in the bag. The main panel 1 is made with a rigid frame 14 and a braking device 15 installed in it, through which a thread 16 with a fastening lock 17 located in the cavity 2 of the panel 1 is passed. The length of the thread 16 is equal to the height of buildings in the regions where the bag with the evacuation device will be used.

 Use the bag as follows. During an urgent evacuation from a high-rise building, the owner of the bag quickly fills the compartment 4 with the necessary items (for example, important documents), disconnects the lid 6, holding it by the handle 7, from the outer side 5 of the main panel 1, while unrolling the bands 8, 9 and 10 of the bandage. Then, with quick movements, the owner puts his hands into the spaces between the shoulder 8 and side 9 ribbons so that his head passes between the shoulder ribbons 8. As a result, the bandage is installed and at the same time centered due to rigid elements - the main panel 1 and the cover, respectively, on the chest and back of the evacuated person, after which he secures the bandage by tightening the side tapes 9. One-sided clamps 11 automatically fix the length of the side tapes 9. If time permits, the evacuated owner of the bag (especially the woman) starts between the legs capturing 10 tape, connects the clamp body 12 to the lock 13 and tightens the capturing 10 tape, at the same time fixing its length with the clamp 12. Next, the bag holder removes the initial length of thread 16 with the fastening lock 17 and fixes the lock 17 on any stationary object (for example, heating pipe ) located in the room from which the evacuation takes place. After that, the evacuees descends through the window at a safe speed supported by the braking device 15. During descent, the thread 16, laid in the cavity 2 of the main panel 1, is unwound, ensuring safe transportation of the bag holder, and panels 1 and 3 are located between them in compartment 4, for example, documents protect the evacuee’s chest in case of possible impacts on the wall of the building during the descent. The handle 7 on the cover 6 also serves as a convenience for the rescuers to transport the victim who was equipped in a bandage in an unconscious state to the window.

 The evacuation device located in the bag is disposable. The bag is constantly located next to its owner, which will reduce the number of victims in emergency situations arising in high-rise buildings.

 A bag with an evacuation device, comprising a main panel, characterized in that it further comprises a front panel connected to the main panel, the main panel is made with a frame and a braking device installed on it, through which a thread with a fastening lock located in the cavity of the panel is passed, while the outer side of the main panel is made with a removable cover, and between the main panel and the cover there is a bandage fixed to them in the form of tapes.
