According to the invention, as a biologically active additive, the cosmetic cream contains a mixture of aqueous-alcoholic extracts of St. John's wort, celandine, bird of grass, thyme, horsetail, caraway seeds, leuzea roots, coltsfoot leaves, yarrow grass, oregano grass , large plantain leaves, nettle leaves, growths of birch fungus, elderberry fruit, sweet clover grass, blueberry fruit, shrubby cinquefoil, peppermint leaves, calendula flowers, motherwort grass, lingonberry leaves, birch leaves, rhizomes ornyami valerian uliginose herbs, fruit of juniper, chamomile flowers, root Comarum, roots and rhizomes of licorice, burdock root, peony root deviating, herbs and termopsisa bearberry leaves in an amount of from 10 to 50.0 wt.%.

 Clinical trials conducted at the Central Research Institute of Skin and Venereal Diseases showed the following.

 The proposed cream has a pleasant texture and smell. It is absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy shine. No signs of hypersensitivity to the cream were detected. With prolonged use of the cream, easily irritated skin acquires a fresh, healthy appearance, softens, and peeling is eliminated. There is a decrease in fine wrinkles. The beneficial effect of the cream on facial skin is explained by an increase in the activity of biological oxidation enzymes in the cells of the epidermis.

 The cream is recommended as a cosmetic for the prevention of early withering of the skin, especially with normal and oily type and can be approved for practical use.
